The Majestic Pines Mountain House (EP 3064) is a beautiful and comfortable 3,644 sq ft house in a forest setting with a tall vaulted ceiling and large windows.
➡Enjoy stunning views of Twin Sisters and Longs Peak.
➡Relax in the private hot tub after a day of sightseeing or hiking.
➡Ride the mountain coaster with unlimited ride passes (see below).
➡Easily drive to RMNP (Only 6 miles).
➡Play arcade games, air hockey, foosball, Nintendo Switch games.
➡Sleep on king beds.
➡Park in the heated garage.
➡Enjoy the cozy fireplace at night and watch movies and shows on Netflix/Disney+/HBO Max


The house has four unlimited ride passes to the Mustang Mountain Coaster that you are welcome to use during your stay. Zip through the forest at nearly 30 mph or take it slow and enjoy the scenery down 3,000 ft of track. You can ride the coaster alone or with a passenger. The coaster is located at 1180 Dry Gulch Rd in Estes Park, which is a 5.5 mile drive (approximately 10 minutes) from the house. Please call or visit their website for days and hours of operation. (Some days they are closed.) Please note, there is a $250 replacement fee for each pass that is missing from the house upon check-out.

Due to my house cleaner's schedule, I am unable to make arrangements for an early check in or a late check out. On the day of check in, I will send you a message as soon as the house is ready to go. (The house is typically ready to go between 3pm and 4pm.)

My insurance company does not allow for any open flames or outdoor smoking at the house due to fire risk.

The house is connected to the town's Trailblazer fiber optic gigabit internet service. The hot tub is available year round but cannot be used during high winds.

During the autumn, winter, and spring, I strongly recommend you bring a vehicle with 4WD / AWD. The driveway to the house is paved, but it is long, "S" shaped, and at an incline. 4WD / AWD will help you get up the driveway when there is snow and ice. The town generally does a good job of plowing and sanding the roads in the neighborhood in a timely manner after each snow storm, but if you need to drive while the snow is still falling, or you are going up to higher elevations such as Rocky Mountain National Park where they tend to get more snow, it's a good idea to have it.

The house is decorated for the holidays with an artificial Christmas tree and Christmas wreath. (Typically the week after Thanksgiving through New Year's Day)

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check Out (10am): Please double check that the range and fireplace are off, the windows are closed, the hot tub cover is latched, and the doors are locked.
If you have a minute and are able to put the dishes in the dishwasher and start it up, that would be great (but please don't worry about it if you are short on time).
No need to do anything with the bedding, towels or trash. Lastly, if you can message me when you have checked out, that will allow me to let our cleaner know that she is ok to start cleaning.

As a courtesy to our neighbors, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum - especially during the town’s quiet hours from 7pm to 7am. No outdoor music.
Town rules and the fire code limit the total number of people who can be on the property to no more than 8 at any given time.
To help keep the space clean, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes when in the house. There is a shoe tray by the front door.

The host was very welcoming, kept in touch after booking and even answered questions before booking. Not to mention, the house is absolutely beautiful we stay in Estes Park at least once or twice a year and this has to be one of the best rentals we've had. The rec room was so much fun for my grown kids & husband lol we even enjoyed watching a movie in the rec room. Such a beautiful home, we are looking forward to renting it again sometime soon

Host was great at communicating, easy access. House was amazing, very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Very welcoming and everything supplied for a wonderful stay. We were only there one night, but so wished we could have stayed longer. As we arrived we had a herd of elk waiting to welcome us. The hot tub was such an added bonus. Hoping to return soon! Highly recommend this home and host.

We stayed at this property mid September and it was amazing. The house was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable and our host was very responsive with great suggestions. The location was close to all attractions and we saw deer and elk in our yard and neighbors daily. The hot tub was an added bonus. The game room was fun and we appreciated them providing shampoo, conditioner, soap and other supplies for our stay. I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing experience with Violet and this property. It is a beautiful and extremely well appointed VRBO. Impressive to have large full bottles of shampoo and body wash in each bathroom! The neighborhood is sweet and quiet and Violet couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating. We would recommend this beautiful home for any friends and family looking for an awesome location and get away in Estes Park for a visit to Rocky Mountain national Park.

Great Vacation Stay

It was a lovely view. The location is terrific with easy access to Estes Park parking garage. House was clean and well maintained. We have booked a return stay for next year! Very well stocked with supplies! The grandkids had plenty of space to play games or have time to study. And the deck was a great place for great times!

Amazing stay in Estes Park

We stayed in this incredible property as a family of 7, and the house was more than big enough for all of us to be comfortable. The adults enjoyed the patio, hot tub, and kitchen amenities, while the kids loved the game room. We made use of the mountain coaster passes, and the ride was a big hit. Also, check in and out were super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Top notch property! The house was spotless and the photos online accurately depict the property and all its features and amenities. The views from the south side of the property are breathtaking! You have perfect views of Long's Peak and Twin Sisters mountain. The host is very kind and professional. Five stars all around! Highly recommend this house!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. It is a great location close to the park and town. Saw lots of elk and deer in the neighborhood. It has plenty of room for multiple couples and kids. The game room was the high point for my 17 year old son. Hardly anything was required at check out which was greatly appreciated!

Incredible House Highly Recommended

Incredible views from a house that has all the extras.There is a nice hot tub with a great view. Games for the entire family, extras like spotting glasses for wildlife, full KCups, classic video games.I would highly recommend and hope to make it back again.

By far the best place ever!

We had such a wonderful time and felt at home. We were overjoyed with every single detail from the necessities to the luxuries. Comfy and spotless! Spectacular view. We all had a blast with the games and the Mustang Mtn Coaster! My only regret is not staying longer!

Great weekend getaway!

We stayed at the property for a fun weekend with our small Girl Scout troop of 5 teens and 2 adults. We loved the two upstairs rooms for the adults and the girls really enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and getting to spread out in the basement. Very easy to access and we were close to town and RMNP for hiking and trips to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

This place is our favorite moutain getaway. We love to watch the wildlife passing by from the windows and the deck, and then stargaze from the hot tub and curl up by the fireplace at night.
