The Space:
Hosted by Military First BnB Solutions, The Blue Burble Inn is a welcoming 4-bedroom, 2-bath home perfectly situated on the peaceful outskirts of Fayetteville! Designed with comfort and connection in mind, this home features an inviting open floor plan and a living room that feels like a modern conversation pit, ideal for gathering, relaxing, and sharing memorable moments. Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds, while the other two feature queen-sized beds, providing plenty of space for families or groups. There’s also a futon in the living room for extra sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom, and the living room includes a Smart TV connected to WiFi (stream using your own accounts).

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances, cookware, bakeware, dishware, and utensils—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The two full bathrooms ensure convenience for larger groups, and the laundry area includes full-size washer and dryer units, with complimentary starter laundry products. Outside, enjoy the large fenced yard, perfect for kids, pets, or outdoor relaxation Thoughtful décor and original artwork by the homeowner add a personal, creative touch to every room. Whether you’re visiting Fayetteville for work, family, or fun, The Blue Burble Inn offers the space, comfort, and warmth to make you feel right at home!

Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home with the exception of two locked closets and the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked away in the quiet Middle Creek/Seventy-First area neighborhood of Fayetteville, this home offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. The neighborhood is safe, family-friendly, and ideal for evening walks or a relaxing morning coffee on the porch.

Getting Around:
Fayetteville does not have an extensive public transportation system, so traveling by personal vehicle is recommended. Rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber are readily available throughout most areas. This location is centrally situated—just 13 minutes from the Crown Complex, 12 minutes from downtown Hay Street, 11 minutes from major shopping centers, 19 minutes from the Fort Bragg Main Gate, 12 minutes from Paraclete XP Indoor Skydiving, and 20 minutes from outdoor skydiving facilities. Wherever you’re headed in Fayetteville, you’ll find yourself just a short drive away.

Note: Thermostat is controlled by the homeowner & Military FIrst BnB Solutions to prevent abuse of the HVAC system.
House Rules/ Expectations:
1. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.
2. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture.
Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350
Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.
3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.
Other Things to Note:
1. Only park in the driveway or street nearest the property. Never park in the yard. Additional fees may incur.
2. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base.
3. Our home is not wheelchair accessible.
Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.

We're always one message or call away if you have any questions or need assistance. Please note out Host Team is available 24/7 to assist with simple requests and ensuring guests check-in smoothly. Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.

Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
