Easy getaway

We were exhibiting at the RV show in Quartzsite and even though it was a long distance, the VRBO was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Great View of the River!

Great location just across from the river with a Birds Eye view. Lots of great things to do in the area. Plenty of beds for hosting a large family or a trip with friends. We had a great time!

Driveway is a steep one but worth the view ! Beautiful property neighbors were very nice and accommodations were great. Parker is a fun place to be 😊

Awesome rental with beautiful views

We loved this property, communication was easy and prompt with the owners. The layout of the house was perfect, we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Looking forward to returning and renting a few of their other properties that are in the culdesac with extended family. Highly recommending staying!!

Superlative

We have been staying at Vrbo residences for several years and this one was bar none the best of the very best. It was overstocked with all amenities and Chris the landlord went well above and beyond the call of duty to insure that our stay was perfect. We have no reservations in highly recommending this property to others and will do so.

Nice place

Overall nice , however the a/c was set at 85 when we came in June from 115degrees outside, I know he can set it from his phone so for future guests you should turn that down before people arrive it took hours to cool down. Pool table replaced with air hockey if your a pool fan. I feel like The description is a bit deceiving in location to the river it is a trek down the hill and across the main road definitely not walkable in the summer . The community area grass and shaded tables were nice not sure why they say beach area there is no beach just a couple stairs to the water . Be aware of all the little bugs that accumulate in the window seals . The house had a nice amount of sleeping space . The driveway is very steep but has nice views . Oh and the little convenience store has really good pizza!

My family had an awesome time at this house. Everything was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfy, with lots of sleeping arrangement options. We found extra pillows and towels easily. There were games to play and things to do to keep us busy.The kitchen has lots of pots and pans and all the necessities and appliances. A few things missing or broken here and there, but so many choices it didn't matter.The ice maker was a huge bonus as the temperature outside was over 110 and we spent the 3 days out on the river.We had 3 cars and a trailer with toys and there was plenty of parking.Outside shower was nice as we could rinse off the river while we unloaded our stuff.The neighborhood was quiet at night but not too quiet like we were imposing on others. The view from the patio was perfect. We didn't use the ramp or park, but we have used that one before and it's nice for launching. River Island Park is 5 minutes away and easy to launch and have a beach spot to hang out at. I believe it was 20 dollars per car for a day pass. Gas station and food options nearby.Our hosts were great and even answered their phone while they were on a cruise to help us when we had an issue with the door lock.If you've made a list of potential places to stay and this house is on it don't hesitate. It's a great choice!

Nice home that needs minor improvements

Overall the house is nice and location was great as well. Somethings they can improve is removing left over pantry food from previous renters, also cleaning the drawers from left over items. They could also add additional towels. I would also recommend removing the pool table as there’s no dining room table. Chris and Stephanie were amazing communicators. I would recommend this home.

Great Place - Great Host - Great Time

We loved the newly built home and the location. The views were amazing of the river and the surrounding mountains. The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable to hang out with the family. The house had everything we needed and more, including new appliances, spacious rooms, and a commercial ice maker. The owners definitely thought of everything! Above all, Chris was amazing. He was very responsive and so accommodating to our special requests. Moreover, he hooked us with a friend of his who repairs boats when our fuel pump went out in our boat. When learning what had happened, he immediate texted his friend and we were able to get a new fuel pump that my husband installed and we were on the water the same day. Chris went over and beyond to make sure our family vacation would not be disrupted. We are so very appreciative for everything. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home...we all had a great time.

Did not meet expectations.

Positives:close to river, comfortable couch & mattresses. Nice bathrooms. Commercial ice maker was convenient. Negatives: advertises private beach but after booking it is disclosed it’s across the highway so the information could have been more accurate prior to booking. Virtually every dish was dirty and took pictures to show. I went to look for a sponge just to wash the dishes for use and there were no new clean sponges,only used old ones. Washing machine tub was dirty and made clothes dirtier than when they went in. Ants were in kitchen and biting us. Fridge was not cold enough to keep food from spoiling. Brought breast milk for my 5 month old son to eat and all went bad in the fridge. There was sand in the bunk beds so that was not clean. Outdoor cushions were missing and dirty, also took photos. Advertises pool table so we were excited as we play often but there’s too much furniture crammed into a small space so you can’t even play. Pool cues didn’t have the tips on them so you couldn’t play regardless. To use the Murphy bed you have to move the foosball table which is not a problem if there was room to do so without fear of damaging the nice wooden doors to the game room. We managed it but it’s very crowded. The owner communicated with us kindly in advance of our arrival so I appreciated this. Overall if the property was managed better our stay would have been much better.

Beautiful home!

Views are gorgeous. Home is comfortable and decorated nicely. Good lay out of home and property. Super steep driveway but plenty of parking up top and below. Owner friendly and helpful. Beach area nice too.

Omg the view

Great place to make memories with the family. Lake, river ,rentals and store were all within walking distance. House itself was pretty cozy and spacious. Communication was great with owner and they were extremely accommodating. 🙌

Was perfect for our weekend getaway!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 9 adults who stayed there. Aside from Parker being SUPER hot and only being able to enjoy it in the early morning, the patio had great views! Would recommend!

Just love this property!

The location of this house was perfect for us to visit local Havasu Springs Resort to see family (maybe a 5 minute drive). The views of the mountains and river, especially at sunset, were stunning. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the strip of grass along the back of the property was perfect for our dogs. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Moonan's!

As Advertised

Clean home, nice view, next best thing to staying on the river with a dock. Ramp was very accessible and easy to use. Ice maker was appreciated. Trailer and boat are 32 feet long and fit in lot below without sticking into the street. I have been going to Parker for over 35 years and the owners of this property set it up right for what they had to work with.
