Situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a downtown industrial style mansion, Rustic Roost has a private separate entrance, high-end kitchen, open dining/living room area, and full-size washer and dryer. The space boasts 6 suites consisting of 4 queen bed suites and 2 double twin bed suites, and the twin bed suites can conveniently be converted to king upon request. All suites have a closet for tucking away travel items and ensuite private bathrooms with shower/tub combo, large vanity, and high-grade fixtures.

Whether needing space to meet, dine, or play, Rustic Roost rises to the occasion, and guests will love the wide variety of impressive gathering spaces that are available to reconnect with loved ones or get on the same page with their team. The grand formal dining hall is ideal for hosting group collaboration sessions, board meetings, and rehearsal or family reunion dinners. An oversized game room and outdoor entertaining deck on the 3rd level provide the ultimate spot for team building, after-work down time, or an all-around great place for the kids (or the kid in you) to hang out. After a few rounds of games – take your pick from pool, air hockey, foosball, and vintage arcade to classic board games – sit back and relax in the outdoor 7-person hot tub or by one of the gas flame firepits. Rustic Roost shares the mansion with another unit on the first floor. If your group needs more space, the entire mansion is available to rent for a total of 12 bedrooms, 12 baths and 2 kitchens – please message us directly to check availability.

Parking is shared with the other unit in the mansion and guests will be asked to adhere to the number of vehicle spaces assigned.

Being in the middle of it all in this premium downtown location does mean hearing the urban hustle and a little traffic noise during certain times of the day.

Please note that the security deposit hold will be charged for any late checkouts at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge, and that housekeeping will access the building at checkout time even if the property is still occupied. This ensures that we can provide same day turn around and offer the same clean and ready experience for all our guests.

Early check-in cannot be approved/confirmed until three (3) days prior to arrival to allow same day turnaround for our guests. If early check-in is requested and approved there is an applicable fee of $100.00 for early arrivals.

Booking Rustic Roost represents a significant investment in your group being together in this amazing building. With all the uncertainties in travel, flight cancellations, and COVID, we urge our guests to buy trip insurance for coverage in the case that interruptions force you to cancel your stay with us. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds.
