784 Spinnaker Beach Villa

This 3 bedroom & 2 bath end unit Spinnaker Beach Villa has beautiful golf course views. There is also a screen porch for you to relax in each day! Spinnakers are sought after for their outstanding location on Seabrook Island. An easy walk to the main beach club area, as well as, the Island House which is home to our two amazing 18 hole golf courses. This villa is nestled in a private cul-de-sac with great views of the 18th fairway of Crooked Oaks golf course. The elevated construction ensures covered parking below and room to store the day's beach toys.

Enter the villa and enjoy the open great room with floor to ceiling windows, wet bar and dining room. The great room has wood floors, a sliding glass door to the screen porch and large TV. The screen porch has tile flooring and a bistro table for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The dining area is cooled by the overhead fan with seating for 6 at the large table. The bright kitchen has white appliances, tile back splash, Corian counters, and ceramic tile flooring. There is a breakfast table with seating for four and a slider leading to the large front sun deck. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a comfortable king bed. A large vanity and two closets provide ample storage. A slider leads to the front deck. The master bath has a ceramic tiled walk-in shower and granite topped vanity. This bath also doubles as the first floor powder bath. The laundry is located on this floor with a full size washer and dryer.

Head upstairs for the two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with a slider leading to the second floor private deck.. The second guest room has a Queen bed and dual skylights. The bathroom has a tiled shower and granite topped vanity.

Up to (2) dogs or (1) cat is welcome in this pet friendly villa. Additional fee to apply.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

Looking for more to do? Just outside the Seabrook Island gate is Bohicket Marina where you can shop, enjoy water activities or dine. Shop at the Freshfields Village just 10 minutes away where you'll find groceries, restaurants, boutiques, and many other shops and services. Wonderful beach vacation

This property was spacious and relaxing for a 3 bedroom right around the corner from the beach and clubhouse at Seabrook. We really enjoyed our stay with our baby and puppy.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our time in this comfortable rental property. Short walk to beach. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Property was clean and as advertised in photos. Property management company was great to work with through the whole rental process and was in constant communication to prepare us well for our stay.

I don’t want to leave a bad review

Property manager was alerted to the vast issues with this property. They seemed to care as much as the owner. As a host I would never put guest in a property like this or respond how this property manager did. Poor experience at a wonderful location

Hi Chris, I wanted to follow up regarding the notes from your recent stay. Our records indicate that the property manager did stop by to assist with a light bulb in the bathroom fan, and at that time, the fan was confirmed to be functioning properly. Additionally, we feel the property is accurately represented online and have not received similar complaints. Upon inspection, no broken parts were found in the refrigerator. We also didn’t receive any housekeeping requests during your stay. Had we been informed, our team would have been happy to assist with any concerns. Similarly, we have no record of any calls regarding the dryer. If we had been notified, we would have promptly sent someone to address the issue. While appliances can occasionally have problems, it’s important that we are contacted by phone so we can resolve them as quickly as possible. Since your reservation was made through VRBO, we rely on guests to reach out directly if anything arises during their stay. We did receive notice of a citation for speeding issued during your visit. Fortunately, that was unrelated to the property, as it pertains to a general island violation. Please don’t hesitate to contact us in the future—we’re always here to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you decide to return, we’d be happy to help find a property that may better suit your needs. We truly aim to provide the best stay possible for all of our guests. Best regards, CGOFSC

Upstairs bathroom shower didn’t really work and the bathtub did not drain. Didn’t seem as well maintained as many places we have stayed. Kitchen was not really very well furnished

Always a great time at Spinnaker

Wonderful place and wonderful time. After we booked it several months ago the owner changed the third bedroom from two twin beds to one queen. The pictures still showed two twin beds which is why we booked this configuration. Coastal Getaways, Nancy and Renee called owner and when we arrived Amazon delivered a brand new twin roll away bed, which was very comfortable. And they sent someone to put it together. Super awesome customer service from Coastal and great response from owners! Super impressed by this customer service! And my dog got to come too! Would book again. Thank you!

Our Happy Place

We haven't been here in ten years, and it was always our favorite vacation! We returned this year with grown children and a couple of significant others, and we were so excited that everything is just as beautiful on the island. We have stayed at two other Spinnakers, and this one was the roomiest! Our living area, complete with bar, was perfect. The large dining table and extra seating outside accommodated our large family. Not a big deal, but we all loved the showers with the water pressure! The icemaker made ice, but the door water and ice didn't work. A couple of the door shelves in the fridge were not stable. Other than that, this unit was fabulous!

Great location and space

Perfect walking location to beach and amenities. We had a wonderful stay and found the company very responsive and timely to our issues while we were there.

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
