-Please note: condiments, sugar, creamers, etc. are cleaned out between guests and are not provided. Salt, pepper, and other generic seasonings may be available, but not guaranteed.
-Dining table with 6 chairs (additional folding table and chairs in garage)

-Bedroom 3: (1) Queen bed + (1) twin bunk bed
-Bedroom 4 (bunk room): (6) Twin beds (2 triple bunk beds)
-Game room: (1) Full pullout bed, comfortably sleeps 2

The mountains are calling! With the national forest across the street, you have an unobstructed view of the pines (and spectacular sunsets!).

-Huge, covered front porch with picnic table and several lounge chairs
-Fully fenced-in front yard allows kids to play outside without wandering off
-Front yard fire pit for roasting marshmallows (please check local fire restrictions first!)
-Bocce ball and cornhole sets
-Horseshoe pit in the back (Our horseshoes keep wandering off! We do our best to replace them quickly, but please bring your own if this is important to you!)
