Step into YOUR Paradise Mountain Retreat — a stunning 12-bedroom, 13.5-bathroom cabin in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Located in the Hibernation Station community, groups of up to 48 guests can enjoy rolling Smoky Mountain Views, top-of-the-line furnishings, attention to detail, and a full array of entertaining and relaxing activities.

Swim in the splashy private indoor pool with a waterfall feature. Pop popcorn and pile into the booming theater room with a projector for movie nights. Shoot pool and play arcade games in the rec area. Shake up cocktails at the log bar with a glass garage-style door that opens up to the stone firepit on the deck. And tap into the free high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected!

Mealtimes are made simpler for large groups in the double kitchen that's fully equipped with everything you need (including gorgeous appliances) to prep and serve big meals. Sit the kids at the breakfast bar that doubles as a large island. Set the large dining tables for meals together and spread out onto the massive deck space with outdoor seating. You can even fire up the charcoal grill for a fun cookout! Plus, the rockers are great for coffee and chats.

After entertaining all day, playing in town, or hiking in the national park, settle in to relax at your Pigeon Forge cabin. Custom suites beckon you to rest in a mix of 10 king beds, 4 queen bunks, and 6 futons. After a hot shower/bath or dip in the outdoor hot tub, climb into bed or sit around the living space, sipping wine by the fireplace with the big screen TV on or reading a good book in peace and quiet. Paradise Mountain Retreat even has a washer/dryer for guest use, just another convenience on your Smoky Mountain vacation.

Nice view and nice cabin

We rented this for a business group and it worked out perfect. The view on the back deck was great, rooms were good and all was clean.

Great cabin for a large group!

The cabin was better than advertised! We brought a group from our church for a camp event, and it was more than accommodating. Cabin was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen was especially great for a large group. Host was easy to work with and responded quickly to all questions/needs. We had a great time and would stay again!

Paradise Stay

The house met all expectations. At first we couldn’t get the fire pit and TV’s to work, but eventually we did. Only issue we really had is we were without lights for for 8 hours due to power outage in the area and the cleaning staff came at 10 trying to tush us out after Cabins For You extended our check out due to power outage.

The home is beautiful and the space was great for all our family. The view is beautiful! The info provided did state that they would only provide one roll of toilet paper and paper towels however there was no paper towels. The soap is awful and the cabin is poorly stocked. I have stayed in many cabins all over the country and I will say that this one is second to the worst on what they provide. They only had one dish rag, no pot holders, no dish soap, or dishwashing soap. The rugs were torn and Cobb webs from the ceiling. I would suggest some plastic cups & plates for the younger kids. The check in and communication was good and when the air was out when we got there they did send someone out in a timely manner. Over all we enjoyed our stay and are thankful for the opportunity to spend time in the Great Smokey Mountains!!

It’s disappointing to hear that the stock of basic supplies, like paper towels, dish soap, and pot holders, fell short, and that the rugs and cobwebs affected your experience. That’s absolutely not the standard we aim to provide for our guests. We sincerely apologize for the issues with soap and kitchen items, and we’ve already started reviewing how the cabin is stocked to make sure future guests have what they need. We appreciate your suggestion about plastic cups and plates for younger kids and will take that into consideration. It’s great to hear the check-in and communication went smoothly, and that the air issue was addressed quickly, but we still regret that the other concerns impacted your stay. It was not great cabin looked good but for sure needs a lot of tlc the water pressure in the showers was terrible most of the tvs didn’t work pool sticks where all broke took all day to get new ones to us the grill was about to fall over fridges quit working theater never worked while we was there I spent more time on the phone trying to get stuff fixed then I did enjoying the cabin

Having to deal with poor water pressure, non-functioning amenities, broken pool sticks, an inoperable fridge, spotty wifi, and more is very frustrating, especially on your vacation. This is certainly not our standard, nor are the inconveniences you faced acceptable to us. We appreciate you notifying us right away of some of the issues you were experiencing. And while we're glad we could send maintenance out to rectify the troubles, the cabin should have been adequately prepared before your arrival. We sincerely apologize for the issues you had to endure, and please know we have replaced the refrigerator since departure. Though we were unaware of the inconveniences with the grill, theater room, and water pressure, we are thankful you brought these matters to our attention. We have forwarded your additional feedback to the respective departments for an immediate inspection. We're grateful you were able to speak with a member of our management team to reach an agreeable resolution for your experience. Again, we are so sorry for your poor vacation experience. Did not meet expectations

This cabin did not meet the expectations we had compared to last year’s stay with Vacasa. During our 4 day stay all guest had to share 1 iron and ironing board, the pool was very cold, the closets had previous renters hangers left in closets, we killed multiple roaches and bugs, not enough towels, linen was wrinkled as if someone had just got outta bed. Overall my stay was pleasant but my cabin was unacceptable. Please let me know where I need to send my personal letter.

Family Vacation

For the Check-in Process althought the house had been cleaned and the videos say call for information of early check in when we called we were told that was not an option. We thought they needed to do an inspection but never saw anyone. The code for the door worked at 4pm. There was alot of trash that was left outside from the previous guests that was never picked up - wildlife eventually helped themselves so it was scattered everywhere. The house was the perfect size for our group with beautiful views. The TVs did not work but there was already a work ticket in for them to be fixed. Kitchen was very nice with a ton of dishes, cups and silverwear but with larger groups it needs to have some large pots and pans. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the kids enjoyed them since the tv's did not work.

Best family vacation in the mountains!

The cabin was so much bigger than the what I perceived from the pictures! It was about 22 family members and we had plenty of space to spread out. The firepit was so nice when roasting marshmallows with the kids. The kids loved the indoor pool although it wasn’t heated so they didn’t stay in long.The hot tub was super hot and perfect against the cold air! We had more than enough room for cooking and storing our food in the 2 refrigerators and 2 stoves. Lots of seating areas to lounge and relax during the day! It was one of the most memorable family vacations! My family loved the choice of cabin and gave it 2 thumbs up! Things the property could improve on would be To make the pool heated because it was really cold in the winter, one of the dishwashers was broken and they said they had a ticket already on it but it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay, and the theater screen would not play any movies. We couldn’t get Netflix to connect or any tv/movie app to connect. Also we didn’t have as many pots and pan available as we thought. There was only 1 large pot and it was more like a medium. So we purchased 2 pots to use during our stay.But overall this was a great cabin and we enjoyed ourselves!

The cabin was very nice. This is my second time staying in this cabin. It very spacious and the amenities are great, You guys may want to check the ovens. They don't really get hot.
