Very accommodating, very cozy, very clean and a perfect location. I had everything I needed to keep two toddlers occupied and happy. Very comfortable beds. Easy to find anything we needed around the house. We will definitely stay again!

Our family of 6 highly enjoyed this property. From the quick and kind responses the host had to some of our questions , to the pink bedroom with bunk beds, the house had a great amount of space! We really enjoyed the large family room every evening. We also appreciated that this was a child friendly house , with a pack n play, some toys, and even games. The location is perfect. Just a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants, beach, and playground.The only thing that would make this property even better would be a heated pool. The water was so cold that our kids couldn’t even swim in it. Overall, a wonderful place!

Everything we needed was there, and the property was close to everything we wanted to do. Check-in and out procedures were simple, and the host answered all our questions. We look forward to staying again!

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean property and very close to beach. It Was nice to be able to use the hosts provided beach chairs and towels. The host was also very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as advertised and very comfortable for our family of 5. The house was spacious, beds very comfortable and pool was really fun. Beautiful beaches were just a short drive away. We also appreciated the owners fast response times. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful quiet neighborhood near beach and many stores, spacious rooms, and well equipped kitchen. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. It was great dealing with host; very prompt responses and easy to work with.

Relaxing getaway!

Perfect place to relax with our daughter and granddaughter! We could easily walk to parks, beach and restaurants. The house was comfortable, clean and inviting. Wonderful space to be together! Our granddaughter LOVED dipping her toes in the pool!

House is well equipped with everything you need for a great family vacation. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances & spices; beach chairs, pool toys, TV in almost every room; bonus game room! This house was perfect! Just the right size for our family of 5. Perfect location to beach and restaurants. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were looking to unwind for the holidays along with our 3 adult children. The house served us very well. The hosts were responsive and informative for everything we needed.

Wonderful and warming place to stay!!!!

We were looking for a nice place to stay around Pompano Beach that included a pool and we found it. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Huge living room with a nice size television for all of us to just to relax at night after a long day at the beach, shopping malls, aquariums and the pool. Cheryl from the management company responded very quickly with questions that we had regarding the area or the home. We will definitely look into renting the Pompano Beach house again in the future.

Wonderful and quiet

Lovely property in a nice quiet neighborhood close to major streets. Easy to get around and convenient. The property was clean and in great condition when we arrived and the host went out of her way to make us feel welcome (even set out a nice bottle of wine as a gift). The amenities were all in good order and the pool was cleaned of a few small leaves the same afternoon we arrived. Communication with the host was convenient and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious home in the pompano area.

My family & I stay was wonderful the house I was very clean and Cheryl is very professional and responds back fast. I LOVE the beds really comfortable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Unfortunately my daughter service toy poodle came along and he got REALLY sick and we got hit with a bill for over 2700 if you have a service pet please keep your service dog close to you at all times while walking them around the neighborhood. If you need a Vet … Park Veterinary Hospital is wonderful.Thanks again Cheryl for letting us checkin early after the 16 hours drive

Larry the Raccoon

The pool was dirty when we arrived (fri), we spotted a raccoon drinking from the pool and called animal control. Called the owner and pool was cleaned monday. Raccoon pooped in pool Wednesday. Pool needed to be shocked and cleaned twice because raccoon pooped in it again. Beware.

Before Rob's stay, we never had an issue with a raccoon on the property. Post-Rob's stay, we have had zero problems with a raccoon drinking or defecating in the pool or coming onto the property in general. The problem was with Rob feeding the raccoon he named "Larry". I had to have the pool professionally cleaned multiple times during his stay because he was enticing a wild animal onto the property.

Good but ….

Cheryl was welcoming but home had uneven flooring which resulted in broken wrist for myself. Couldn’t go in pool or ocean. Also couldn’t dress myself, shower, cook, share driving and more. This happened first night which tpreally ruined rest of holiday!

Filthy!

We were excited about our stay based on the reviews. However, upon arriving we instead got a filthy house. Sand and hair on the bunk bed sheets. Pubic hair on the master bed sheets. Dining table was sticky. Sectional had stains that looked like someone peed on it. Gross! Contacted Cheryl immediately and she responded offering to refund half of the cleaning fee, which she never did. It’s obvious the cleaning company isn’t doing a good job but the owner doesn’t want to hear about it. Gave it a 2 star instead of 1 star because the location is nice and close to things to do and the neighborhood is nice. We enjoyed the pool too, but the inside of this house is not clean at all!

I apologize for the bad experience you had. We have never received a complaint about the cleanliness of the house. We have a fantastic cleaning crew who does an excellent job.

Great house.Close to beach.

My daughter 14, husband, parents and myself stayed here over spring break. There is a king bedroom with en-suite, queen bedroom and kids bedroom with double bunk at bottom and single at top. Bath for those last two are in hall with tub/shower. There is a sitting room, kitchen, large tv room, dining area and second smaller tv/game room. The house has plenty of towels and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. A few board games. Fully equipped kitchen except no pitcher so you might bring that. There is a small pool and gas grill. Pool was not heated so too cold when we were there. My teen daughter tried getting in but just popped in and out so we spent no time at pool.. Washer and dryer new but had a leak due to hook up so only used for one load of clothes but Cheryl is very responsive and if we hadn’t waited til day before we left, it world have been corrected in time for us to use. The house does have toaster, hair dryer, blender, many pots and pans, several spices and things if you need. Also baby stuff which we did but need. Location is great. Right of the main strip so easy access to Ft Lauderdale and Boca Raton as well as many restaurants. It is about a 7-10 min drive to beach parking depending if you have to wait on drawbridge which is on the channel you have to go over. For us, there was ample room. People could have plenty of room to be together or get alone time. It’s a quiet location. Walkable to coffee shop, açaí bowl place, mini mart. We enjoyed Pompanio. Wide Sandy beach with lots of waves and surfing if you want. We would stay here again and the host was very fast to respond. Highly recommended.
