The 110 m2 house has an air conditioning system and has one floor. 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

- Outside, you will have a beautiful swimming pool 7mX4m surrounded by a wooden terrace with poufs. You can take your meals on the large terrace equipped with a pergola, a large table/chairs and a barbecue. A cozy living room will welcome you for your breakfasts and aperitifs.
You can bask in the shade of olive trees and medlars.
Garden of 600 m2; you can pick strawberries, tomatoes, figs and aromatic herbs in the vegetable garden.
At your disposal a ping-pong table.

On the first floor, a large bright living room with two bay windows (equipped with blinds) with fully equipped kitchen with large worktop, a large table and 6 chairs.
The living room includes two sofas, a TV/internet, a desk area. The living room opens onto the outdoor terrace, with a view of the garden/swimming pool.
A master bedroom with shower room/1 separate toilet, opening onto the terrace.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with double sofa bed and 1 with single bed) and a bathroom with double sink unit and a large walk-in shower/1 separate toilet.

Designed for a quiet rental for family/friends 6/7 people maximum, in respect of the neighbourhood.
Meetings for parties/bachelorette parties or other prohibited.

You will be close to the center of the village and you can enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides. Bakery, pizzeria and small market in the village. All shops are less than 5/10 minutes away by car (supermarket, market, food shops...).
30 minutes by car you can choose the river, the beach or the lake. Many possible visits in the surrounding area (medieval villages, caves, museums...) and many activities (tree climbing, via ferrata, paddle, canoeing...) . We will be happy to give you information according to your desires.
