Hanalei Bay Resort unit 7102 "OluKai Suite" is a privately owned and cared for one bedroom suite featuring countless amenities to please every guest. The condo features 1,180 square feet of spacious living area, with quality, tropically-themed furnishings throughout. This unit was renovated December 2014 with tile flooring throughout, new cabinets and granite in the kitchen and bathroom, and other luxury items. You will have many new amenities to look forward to!

This unit is a lockoff style room. Similar to an adjoining hotel room with a double door. I have extra sound proofing material on both doors to keep the room nice and quiet.

🌺HBR charges a one time $50 check in fee plus $25 per night resort fee and $20 parking per night. This is paid directly to the front desk at check in.🌺

I also provide a variety of beach gear (such as coolers, chairs, boogie boards, and more) for your adventures around the island.

The condominium was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. I would ask the host to make sure the cleaning service provides enough toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner for two people for four days. Toilet paper ran out and I used my own shampoo and conditioner after day 2 . Something the owner cannot control is the noise above the condo. There was a family with 3 kids above us that stomped around for hours usually starting in late afternoon until 8 pm or so. It seemed like they were there the entire time we stayed in the condo.

Beautiful resort!

Loved our stay at Hanalei Bay Resort! Our condo had everything we needed. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers all available for use. Having a washer/dryer was great. The property is beautiful with a multitude of different flowering plants everywhere you look. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Norrh Shore Experience

What a magical place! Jeff's condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The king bed might be the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The washer/dryer combo in the unit was also a huge bonus! We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent times

We loved our time here. The place was better than advertised. We enjoyed time on the beach (using the provided beach chairs), and snorkeling. There were sea turtles in the coral reef right off the beach by the equipment rental stand. The nene’s and roosters were also very friendly and entertaining.

Great unit at HBR

Beautiful location. Great well kept unit with all the amenities. Nice Weber grills on site that we used to grill dinner several nights. Jeff the owner was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back.

Great getaway!

We had a lovely time - the place is perfect with easy access to the beach by the 1 hotel and great walking within princeville. The hotel were very nice to have too - bbq, hot tub, pool, towels, etc!

Beautiful place!

We had the best time with our 5 & 8 year old here. So many thoughtful things left in the condo to entertain them at the beach. The king bed was so comfortable and we felt very at home during our stay. The condo building is at the end and we felt like were at the edge of the rainforest with no one else around. About a 10 min walk to the beach but definitely worth it. It is so beautiful everywhere you look up north. The pool and resort are also so fun and well taken care of.

Perfect stay in Paradise

One of the best condos we’ve ever stayed at. The views are absolutely stunning. They condo is comfortable and spacious. They had absolutely everything we needed, and the golf cart service was welcome at this very hilly property. Communication with Jeff was absolutely flawless. Wonderful!

Family adventures

We loved this spacious, quiet condo to start quiet mornings with coffee and rainbows on the lanai, and finish our day with a dip in the resort pool or quick trip to the beach to watch the sunset. Kitchen was very well- appointed. It was super to have full size laundry machines and the pull out couch was very comfortable. We loved it!

Wonderful family vacation

This was a wonderfully place to stay on the North Shore. The scenery was unbelievably beautiful and the condo was a 10min walk to the beach along a paved path from the condo (conveniently an outdoor shower/foot rinse spicket is located where the path begins at the edge of the condo property). The condo has 2 pools, a hot tub, a new pizza restaurant and a bar/restaurant on site. Several restaurants and food trucks are located 10min away in Hanalei. The condo owner checked in several times before our trip and gave recommendations on food and activities. The condo was incredibly clean and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans/dishesfour eating in the condo. The condo came with 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 mats for sitting on in the sand, a cooler, and a boogie board that my teenagers used at every opportunity. We found the location perfect for a quiet, gorgeous setting and we drove to the more tourist locations on the east and south end of the island for touristy activities. The beach located at the end of the path by the hotel is quiet and a sandy with giant shade trees (it's a 10min walk down a paved path which does require a walk back up the hill- though the resort will happily drive you to/ from the beach in golf carts! There is a phone located at the bottom of the hill where the path ends that you use to call the front desk and they send a golf cart your way). This beach is perfect for splashing in. For bigger waves and boogie boarding, I would suggest the 10min drive into Hanalei for the public beaches there. You will find several parking lots with bathrooms and several manned life guards stations. We saw people surfing, kids of all ages wading in the water, and the beach is all sand. This condo is located on the corner of the property and is especially quiet. We used the patio and loved that it was ground level as it made the patio feel especially large. The view for sunsets and star gazing were perfect from this location.

Wow, this place is AMAZING. So clean and way bigger is person than the pictures articulate. The condo was extremely clean, as well as the resort it was on. We would absolutely stay here again should we have the chance, and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great Getaway

We had an incredible stay and Jeff's communication was great. Can't beat the location and the views of Hanalei Bay were exceptional. The condo was clean and had plenty of amenities. The resort's pool was really nice and grounds were well-maintained which included a beach access trail. The kitchen was well-stocked and having a laundry machine and dryer was a major plus. The bed was a little soft for our taste, but we still slept comfortably. Being on the edge of the resort, the unit feels extremely private and is quiet. Short drive to the grocery store and nearby beaches/towns. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Kauai location!

Jeff’s place is in a perfect location and has everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Everything we needed was conveniently located throughout the condo and we felt like we were home. We loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beautiful mountains and the sunsets are just as amazing. We will def be back!!

First Time on Kauai

Unit was spotless - Jeff was excellent and available. The topography of the resort is something to be aware of; although the golf carts are always available it is a significant descent to the beach and ascent to facilities.

What a wonderful place for a seven-night stay to completely relax and unwind. Hanalei Bay Resort and this condo in particular are spectacular. It's even nicer than the photos. We liked being in the end unit, very quiet with beautiful views. Easy access to the pool and the on-demand private shuttle (extended golf cart w/friendly/helpful drivers!) will bring you and all of your stuff down to the picturesque beach. While there were only two of us, there is plenty of space for a family of four. We appreciated all of the extras: beach chairs, mats, umbrella, and fully equipped kitchen with some dry goods and paper products. Full-size washer and dryer in the kitchen that is very new. Just an easy, lovely place to stay. The owner is easily accessible to answer any questions and has definitely thought of everything when furnishing this vacation home. This is not a stripped out rental with bare bones furnishings but a place that any owner would enjoy visiting him/herself. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Jeff, and for making us feel so welcome. We look forward to returning to your lovely slice of paradise soon! Also, be sure to go to Happy Talk for dinner, JoJo's for shave ice, and the Havaiki Tribal Arts store to support local artisans. We also highly recommend NaPali Catamaran for an incredible morning snorkeling trip and fascinating tour of the area. We can't wait to come back!

Would stay here again

Fully stocked kitchen with new dishes and pans. Brand new appliances. Pull out sofa is comfortable. Nice beach below resort with tons of shade and shallow water so good for children.

North Shore Vacation

We love coming to the Princeville area and this condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was clean, updated, and the staff was friendly. Jeff was extremely helpful and took care of us! Highly recommend!
