🌲The Sequoia Escape is close to EVERYTHING! This quaint home is nestled in the heart of Springville, Ca. This gem was curated for people who seek unique stays, comfort, reliability, and relaxation. Property is completely fenced for kids & dog friendly, and plenty of privacy. Springville is the Gateway to Sequoia National Forest. The cottage is perfect for a peaceful getaway, a retreat with the family, or a group traveling together. Our 3 bedroom, 1 bath comfortably sleeps 6 people. This gem consist of a living rm, Dining rm, full kitchen, nook, & Laundry rm. Living rm has a free standing gas fireplace giving the cottage a cozy relaxing feel. Full WIFI as well as smart Tv's. A coffee cart available with all the coffee amenities. Two patios to relax in with different settings. A fire pit to sit outside & enjoy starry nights. Two blocks away from town.

Overall, it was a great place to stay, especially if you're going to an event at The Springville Ranch. The place was clean and tidy. The home had lots of tender love and care to make it cozy. The beds were comfortable. One room didn't have a door, but it worked fine for us. The family room and kitchen were spacious. The bathroom shower was a little short, and those of us who were over 6ft had to duck. But we made do. We appreciated the labels on the light switches and coffee maker. We didn't get to use the darling outside seating areas because of the rain. Outside of the house looks exactly like the picture. Very clean and well-kept. We would stay here again.

We loved this home. Check-in was easy. It has soooo many outdoor seating areas. It’s super cozy and beautifully decorated. One note is that one of the rooms doesn’t have a door. Which wasn’t a big deal for us, but may be for some. The shower is small with a low ceiling, so it’s a little scrunched but, again, this wasn’t an issue for us. This house has a beautuful bathtub also separate from the shower. It seems like everything was thought of here from outdoor seating to games. The rooms all have fans too which is rare so that was perfect! There are little steps up in the house so be aware. There’s one right after you walk in the front door. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. We felt so safe and comfortable in this home.

THE COTTAGE WAS PERFECT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I AND OUR SON AND HIS FAMILY. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND THE DECOR WAS WONDERFUL. THE GRANDKIDS ESPECIALLY LOVED THE YARD. THE WEDDING WAS AT THE SPRINGVILLE RANCH WHICH IS JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY. THIS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY TO BE NEAR THE VENUE. THANK YOU FOR AN ADORABLE PLACE!

Great weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time! Home & grounds were beautiful & serene. We did have trouble using the oven, it didn’t heat up. (Did not cause us any problems, we just used the stovetop instead) but you may want to have it checked.

Short stay

The property has great potential for a nice stay. We found the bed mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were very flat. One issues we experienced was the house has mice. We woke up to mice droppings on our clothing that was in our suitcase on the floor. We also saw a mouse running across the kitchen floor. When reported to the owner, she apologized for the inconvenience and she would look into have this checked out.

Cozy & quaint is true!

I think bc I own a property that people can stay n I am very conscious of details of properties. 1st, a rug should b added 2 the top of the step as u walk n so people can differentiate the 2 levels. The microwave is cracked & should b replaced as well as the toilet seat. We could not find any detergent 2 wash the towels b4 we left. Mayb a ck list 4 the housekeepers 2 use 2 make sure guests have adequate supplies. Also, we couldn’t find any xtra paper towels. The dining table was super wobbly. Felt very unsafe when using it. It was over 100 this past weekend & it was hard 2 notice any real air conditioning n the mid & last bedrms. These r just some suggestions as a fellow property owner. We were wedding guests @ the Springville Ranch which was a whole other issue.

Great get away

Came to the west coast to visit our grandson who is a marine. Our time with him was great and staying at this wonderful place we didn’t have to worry about accommodations. This place was very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it. 🌺
