If you’re looking for a home away from home, look no further than this gorgeous vacation rental condo located just 2 blocks from Lake Michigan and downtown Racine! Its 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and stunning interior offer a one-of-a-kind experience set close to all the top attractions! Racine North Beach and Lake Michigan Pathway are less than a mile up the road. Enjoy worry-free days knowing that you’ll be returning to a relaxing space featuring game room, stocked gourmet kitchen, and coffee bar.

Very peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. Feels like home!

Walking distance to Downtown Main St, local breweries, restaurants, shops, marinas, and beach.

Property is within walking distance to many local attractions. City has Byrd scooters for rent and are fun to ride. There are also many public parking lots/buildings in the area.
Parties/Events are not permitted. This includes all types of friend/family gatherings. A $500 fee will be assessed for all unauthorized parties.
Day guests are not allowed unless approved in advance. A $50 per guest fee will be assessed for all unauthorized guests.
No Smoking of any kind inside the home. $300 fee will be assessed if smoking occurs.
No Pets allowed. A $300 fee will be assessed for all unauthorized pets.

Excellent accommodations! The host was always keeping us informed, very responsive. They even shoveled the walks early when 4 inches of snow fell, clearing out the parked cars!

Great location and nice property

Easy drive to the beach, which is great. Near downtown so you can walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Good communication with property manager.

This is our second stay at this location. It is true to the photos and a great place to unwind. It’s close to everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It’s less than a mile to the beach and an easy walk to a number of good locations for food and libations. It’s about 30 minutes to Milwaukee- easy for a day trip.

Wedding weekend

This place was perfect for me and my step daughters and husband to stay dueling our wedding weekend. The kids loved the huge couch and game room in the basement. We enjoyed the open concept and easy access to downtown.

Great town, even better place to stay.

First time to Racine. There was so much to do! This place is immaculate, and our kids had so much fun. Centrally located, you can walk almost anywhere, or just take a short drive. 3 parking spots were fantastic being that our stay was during the 4th of July so parking would have been otherwise limited. The hosts were more than gracious and gave us plenty of insight to the area. Rooms are spacious, and it has everything you need. BOOK THIS ONE!!!

Absolute perfection!

This place is incredibly huge and immaculate. Upon entering, my friends and I were in awe of how beautiful the place was! With a big open concept and rooms off to the side, this place is great for spending time with the people you love while going on a cool adventure. We all had a blast and absolutely did not regret going with this place!

Fantastic vibe

What a pleasant surprise just walking in the door.! Great tour by the proud owner, fresh flowers and a Kringle too! Super clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and linens and very roomy. Nice to have the basement game room for the kids to play in. Like a New York Loft apartment.

The Marina District Rental was a spacious and comfortable property, close to the Root River and Lake Michigan. The renovation that transformed an 1850's factory was quite remarkable. Beautiful clean accommodations

Absolutely loved staying in this place. We were in town for the week for our daughters wedding. The location was perfect, close to the church, venue and the hotel our guests were staying at. There were plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. The place was very clean, in great shape, had comfortable beds, bedding and nice towels. The downstairs space was an excellent separate living area with bathroom. The kitchen and living room was a huge open space, great for gathering. The location was perfect, and our host Becky made check in and check out a breeze and kept us up to date on events in the community. Would definitely recommend staying at this place. Would definitely stay here again, it was a great find!

Extra room for wedding guests

This is a lovely property and was perfectly located in downtown Racine area. Communication with Becky was great - easy to reach & very responsive. The parking outside is extremely convenient. We rented the condo for the week of the wedding for out of town guests to have a peaceful & restful oasis from all of the preparations. It worked out beautifully. I would definitely rent again for any kind of similar need. Lovely!

Annual girl's weekend

The decor is beautiful and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook all weekend. Unfortunately the ice maker & water from fridge was not working & due to weather lost half power for few hours. However the owner's quickly checked on the power situation & called in request to get the line outside fixed. The owners have exceptional communication. Beds are super comfy and the open concept is perfect to all be together.

GREAT STAY!

Thank you Becky for a great place and great hospitality. I have recommended this to the company that we were over training with. We had a total of 8 people staying at the property for 2 weeks and it did not feel cramped at all. Great location and walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs. The town has wonderful people and every one is very friendly. Highly recommend this property and Becky's service

Unique, one of a kind property. This property was an old cream city brick warehouse and since renovated to residential. 14 foot ceilings throughout the home. Warm, cozy and comfortable.
