The house is located 2 tenth of a mile from the boat ramp. You can be on the lake in a minute. We a have a covered storage for your boat with electricity. Big yard with a fire pit. Large corner lot with plenty of room for yard games. Lots of mature Pecan trees that provide ample shade.

Lovely little cottage

Enjoyed our stay, a block off the water at boat ramp, close to the pier where we fished out of, and town to pick up a few incidentals.

Fishing trip

Great little property. Perfect for a fishing trip… It’s hard to find small economical properties anymore. This one fits just perfect and the host is always available and willing to help and answer any questions. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will look to stay again

Quiet, relaxing

This was perfect for my parents. Very comfortable very clean and the neighborhood is peaceful. Owner is quick with response and super accommodating. We’ve rented this home three times now and still in love with it.

Great cabin

Quiet cozy neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe letting my teenage girls go down to the lake by themselves. Cabin was very clean and well equipped. Property Manager responded almost immediately to any questions I had.

The house was nice and clean smaller than it looks in the pictures the host were nice people easy to deal with as we had an extra person show up that we did not know was coming and it didn't effect them at all good people

Quaint little cottage

This home is adorable! There were 3 of us, so it worked out perfectly with the teenager sleeping on the pullout. We would recommend this location for ease of getting to Lake Texoma. 2 things that we wish it had were wifi and a washer & dryer. Other than that, we had everything that we needed. Thank you Rex for good communication and ease of use!!

34th Anniversary Trip

We celebrated 34 years of marriage. This was our second time to rent this little house. Just as wonderful as the first time! Very quiet sweet neighbors. Walking distance to fishing. Everything you need is in the house. Wonderful host that responds very timely! Love this place!

Peaceful & Quite

If you are wanting to bring your boat ( i did not) the property is lake ready. We did just a get away from real life trip, and it was amazing beach access less than three min down the road , and boat ramp even closer...I will for sure rent this property again. It is clean fully stocked and an overall pretty cool property.

Great little place

For small groups, this is a great, clean place. Two of us stayed for our bass tournament. Location is great with the boat ramp at the end of the road and within a few miles of several other boat ramps (Catfish/Alberta etc). My friend stayed in the master bedroom, I slept on the pull out couch/bed (which appears to be pretty new), which was surprisingly comfortable. Small kitchen, but it had the necessary pots, pans utensils etc. A charcoal grill outside. Two window mounted AC's that did great at cooling the place down (It was 95-100F when we stayed). the carport was nice for our boat parking. Carport has a lot of spiders so covering your boat is strongly suggested unless you like that kind of surprise driving down the lake. We did have an electrical issue at the carport(breaker went bad) so we didn't get a charge on the trolling motor batteries overnight. To their credit they responded quickly and fixed the bad breaker that day and we were good the rest of the trip. Check in went smoothly. Overall- very clean place (linens, towels, floors etc) would definitely stay again

Great Stay!

We had a great experience at this property! Close to Catfish Bay Marina for my husbands fishing tournament. The house was clean and matched the listing perfectly! Would stay again!

Absolutely loved the place. Perfect in every way!

We booked it originally just for hubby and myself but two little grandchildren begged to go too. The host was very accommodating for the change! Very friendly neighborhood and very close to the lake. We’ll be staying again in November!
