The Paris Suite • Fully Private Guest Suite • Luxury private bedroom for 2 guests, with a private entrance, comfy queen-size bed and en suite bathroom in a quiet neighborhood. There is free parking, free Wi-Fi, TV, large tile shower and minibar/bistro area. Within close proximity to Carolina Beach (1.3 mile), the boardwalk, local restaurants, bars, shops, hiking trails and walking distance to the Carolina Beach State Park (right behind the home) which features the only native spot in the world for the fabulous Venus flytraps!

About This Space
Great for couple’s getaways/romantic weekend trips/birthdays/anniversaries/girls' trips/R&R • perfect for a 3-4 night stay

The luxury private guest suite is located on the first floor of our townhouse and is accessed through a private entrance from the back patio with keypad entry. The suite has a comfy queen-size bed, TV, night stands, lamps, minibar/bistro area with table & 2 chairs. Table is laptop friendly to work at. Guests have their own private en suite bathroom with large tile shower.

The minibar/bistro area is equipped with a mini-fridge/microwave, mini Keurig coffee machine with K-cup pods, electric kettle, complimentary coffee and teas, bottled water, and other essentials. High-speed Wi-Fi is included at no additional cost. Netflix and Disney+ are included (no cable). There is a ceiling fan for guests’ comfort. Extra care is being taken to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

We provide basic essentials so you can get your vacation started once you arrive. We stock the guest suite with linens, bath towels, paper towels, toilet papers, trash bags, and environmentally friendly products (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel).

The door connecting to the main townhouse always remains locked, so you have full privacy during your stay. You will have no access to the main house. Patio table & chairs and swing are available for your enjoyment.

My husband and I booked a 2 night stay weeks in advance and upon checking in, we could not get a hold of the property manager. Upon calling VRBO, they suggested we wait until they can reach someone at the property. We had to book an additional hotel due to it being a Friday and a busy weekend, and not many options were left. We finally got a hold of the property manager at 7pm and check in was 4pm. Very dissappointed in the lack of communication. We eventually got a refund for our stay.

The suite was wonderfully and tastefully decorated. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the small kitchenette was just enough for two people. The location was optimal for exploring Wilmington and the beach towns of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The battleship North Carolina is in Wilmington and a great site to explore. There is an Aquarium near Ft. Fisher which was great. There were plenty of restaurants with a great assortment of sea food.Definitely recommend this location. The property owners were extremely friendly and hospitable.

Week long gateway

I’ve stayed at the apartment for the week of 4th of July. It’s really comfortable, cozy and cutely decorated.Pros: WiFi worked great, I worked for a few days and had no issues whatsoever. Walking distance to supermarkets, Carolina Beach state park is right behind the property. Also, the closest beach is about 30 minutes away (walking). The place was very clean, outside patio with a swing. Inside there’s plenty of room, very comfortable bed and a storage space to put all your belongings in. Mini fridge to keep snacks and drinks cold, Keurig machine, kettle, plates and glasses, silverware and basic salt/pepper shakers. The host is really nice and we kept in touch through text for any questions I had. Cons: really consider that there’ll be other people staying there on the 2nd floor and it gets pretty loud. Also the driveway is narrow and you’ll be sharing with the others. If you’re a light sleeper, there’s always outside noise. I’d stay there again, maybe just for a weekend.

Nice place to stay in Carolina Beach!

The Paris Suite was in a good location in Carolina Beach near all the shops, boardwalk, and short drive to the beach. The pictures accurately portray the suite which is very nicely decorated and clean. Check-in/check-out process was very easy and the property owner was very prompt in responding to all our questions and needs throughout our stay. We did have guests staying in the unit above us which we could hear nearly every footstep and most of their conversations from the bathroom. That was the only downside to our stay. Anna did let us know this before booking, so we expected some noise. Overall a nice place to stay while in Carolina Beach.

Weekend getaway

The stay was lovely! I especially enjoyed the swing — it was such a relaxing touch. The room itself was gorgeous and well-maintained. The only downside was the noise from the guests upstairs, which disrupted the peace at times. Otherwise, a wonderful experience overall.

Not the getaway I expected

I messaged the host on the Wednesday before we were supposed to arrive (Saturday was our arrival date). She messaged me back on Saturday morning. I was able to ask my questions and get answers. We work paranormal events for Haunted Rooms America which normally end around 2 am so sleeping in is imperative. We arrived at our suite after our event to find 2 cars occupying our parking space, I had to drive over in the grass then back up on the concrete to park. We then had to maneuver past a boat and jet ski giving us about a foot of sidewalk with standing water (that we had to walk through) to get to the back door where we entered. When we got in the room it was very cold so I followed the instructions telling Google to adjust the room temperature only to get a message that the batteries were low so it couldn’t adjust the thermostat. I messaged the host immediately about these issues and she got back with me after 11 am the next day. By this time the guests upstairs had left but not before walking back and forth in what sounded like boots or high heels waking us up after us just getting to sleep. After they left we fell back to sleep only to be awakened again by someone in our back door drilling and hammering to hang lights on the next door patio. We had planned to use our day (mother’s day) to enjoy the beach and shops in the area but ended up having to use it for sleeping before our trip back to Ohio. An extra day was offered but we had to come home for work.

Great Stay!

Overall was a great location, great property, and was very clean and amenable for the purpose of our trip. We were in Carolina Beach to spend the weekend on the beach during the day and do some exploring in our other time. It was close to the beach, less than 5 minutes, and the property owners had provided recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed the ones we had tried. The only thing we did not love was the shower water pressure, but everything else about the property made it an overwhelmingly positive stay. Would recommend and will be keeping it in mind for my next trip to Carolina Beach!

Fall beach trip

We had a good time considering there was a tropical storm tearing up the western part of the state. There was an issue with the AC. The owner was prompt at communicating and gave a partial refund and the second day the AC worked perfectly. It's in a great location. So close to beaches and Carolina State Park. Very nicely decorated.

Cute rental close to everything!

The suite was clean and decorated so nicely. Even though it is small, all the space is used very well and it was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nicely done and large. The unit is a quick drive to the beach and restaurants and is right near the state park.

Comfy and perfectly located

My husband and I got away for a weekend and this was the ideal area to stay in. We were close to everything and it was a quiet, cozy place. Highly recommend and we'll definitely choose to stay here again!

Paris suite experience

Lovely over sized room has attention to amenities with guide book for ease of location. Nice swing to enjoy! Convenient to local fun nearby with very short drive. A squeeze to walk past long time parked boat & jetski but private rear area. Great price for the beach area !

Beautiful and Clean

The Paris suite was a very nice room perfect for a couple and weekend trip. Only complaint I have is the noise. With it being downstairs and other guest staying upstairs it was very hard to sleep. The constant footsteps about made us look for a hotel room. However the host was very accommodating and tried to reach out to the guest above since the have a quiet policy after 11pm. She also offered us late check out and an extra night stay. We know this was not her fault.

Bonjour! We love to travel, and Paris was one of our favorite destination. We fell in love with Paris, and wanted to spread amour (love) wherever we go. Hence, the Paris Suite.

We bought our beach house in 2021 and have lovingly updated it with Paris in mind – the city of love and romance. We want to spread amour in Carolina Beach, our new romantic destination. So Voilà! Beach + Paris = Love

We love going to Carolina Beach with our family and friends. We love the beach, boardwalk and carnival. There is just something about this beach town that keeps us coming back. We love it so much!

When we had an opportunity to purchase a home here, we jumped on it. We realized that we had an extra bedroom and bathroom downstairs that we can share our love of Carolina Beach with guests so they can explore this beach town. We have lovingly updated it to create a romantic and charming suite for our guests.

The home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, walking distance to the Carolina Beach State Park. We are close to Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium and Freeman Park. So many things to do! We truly feel relaxed when we are here.

We are so happy to be able to share our home with you. We hope you will book with us and enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer.
