Maybe it's already time to plan your summer holidays?

We invite you to come and spend a week in a little corner of paradise in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, to enjoy a large family home that can accommodate up to 18 people.

You will be welcomed in a magical place, in the middle of a very quiet park of 6000 square meters (ideal for large family treasure hunts) and you will be able to enjoy an exceptional view in the 1st line of the largest place in the Dordogne.

Notice to snow sports enthusiasts: you can try to surf the famous wave of the Tidal Bore of Saint Pardon passing in front of the house 2x a day! 🏄 ♂️

📍 Ideally located, this house will allow you to easily explore/visit this beautiful region:
- 🍇 Wine Discovery: immerse yourself in the Bordeaux wine culture nearby (the prestigious village of Saint-Émilion is less than 20 km away)
- 🏖️ A little desire for the beach? Enjoy the Arcachon basin and come and discover the Dune du Pyla (about 1 hour from the house)
- 🏙️ Are you more of a city dweller? Visit the city of Bordeaux (25 km away) and Libourne (10 km away)

And you can also benefit from all the amenities and local shops less than 1 km away (all shops, SNCF train station, pharmacy, castle to visit...).

🛏️ 18 beds (8 bedrooms with a double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds) and 1 bedroom with a single bed + sofa bed) to accommodate your whole tribe (linen provided)
🚿 9 bathrooms and 10 toilets
🥘 3 fully equipped kitchens (coffee machine, food processor, all the kitchen and table essentials ...) to be able to put on a great show!
🛋️ 4 lounge areas
🍽️ 1 large dining room, and possibility to have meals in 3 of the kitchens of the house.

🕺 We provide you with a table football to liven up your summer evenings!

In the garden, you can enjoy:

🏊 A swimming pool (currently under construction, which will be finished before your arrival!)
🪑 Lots of garden furniture (2 large tables of 12, hammocks, deckchairs, garden chairs...)

🏓 Many games for you or your children: ping pong, football goal, Molky, trampoline and zip line (not secured) ...
🤩And of course, you can admire the breathtaking view of the Dordogne
🛶Equipment necessary for an outing on the river through a private access (paddle, one-seater canoe, personal flotation devices)


Rental condition:
⏳ Minimum 1 week rental (from Saturday to Saturday)
📅 Available between July 6th and August 24th
💶 6020 euros per week (including tourist tax and cleaning)
