Marble, wrought iron and large bay windows: Ma Chaumière is a pleasant place. The first floor is divided between rest and common living areas. On one side, two bedrooms opening onto the terrace with the bathroom (sink, large shower and XXL bath) and a separate toilet.
The new independent kitchen is fully equipped and adjoining the dining room. The living room, bright and comfortable, is equipped with a TV and DVD player and is located on the garden side.
An office area is located on the mezzanine upstairs.
With two children's bedrooms and three bedrooms with double beds, you have a large choice to accommodate your group.
Three bedrooms are upstairs. Possibility of adding an extra bed in the gym (weight machines), according to your needs. A second bathroom (double sink, large shower) and separate toilet complete the equipment. We'll be jostling to try the large bathtub!
On the south-facing terrace, by the pool or in the shade on the cool lawn, you will find what you are looking for outside! The large landscaped and enclosed garden is not overlooked. For outdoor dining, you have the choice: on the main terrace, at the large bar-side table/large fixed covered barbecue with sink, or on the small kitchen terrace, for the early risers' breakfast.
