The Great Escape - 3 bedroom/3 bath condo at Emerald Bay on Table Rock Lake

Come relax and enjoy Branson and Table Rock Lake!

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths to comfortably accommodate your entire crew. The condo is a walk in level unit so there are no stairs to go up or down and it is located on the end of the complex so it's just a very short walk to the Marina and pool.

The kitchen has newer granite countertops. There are flat screen HDTV TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room. The enclosed sunroom has a view of Table Rock Lake. There is so much more to enjoy. There is NO outdoor grill. We have tried to remove it from our listing but some people are still seeing it. The insurance company made us remove the grill from the property.

While staying in Emerald Bay you will find yourself just a short drive from all of the Branson attractions. But if you are just coming to enjoy the beauty of Table Rock Lake, you can get here without fighting any of the Branson traffic. If you are bringing a boat, there are two boat trailer storage/parking options adjacent to the property, and a boat ramp within rock throwing distance of the condo. Branson Landing is only 9.6 miles, the Outlet Malls are 11 miles, Silver Dollar City is just 14 miles away. Most of the shows are only 10 or 15 minutes away. And let's not forget the world class trout fishing at Lake Taneycomo that is less than 10 minutes away.

Great fully loaded property!

The property owner is extremely nice and great with communication. The only reason it isn't 5 stars across the board has to do with the gate and HOA not with the location. The condo was great and stocked with plenty of towels and seasonings, kitchen utensils etc. Beautiful view. We had some issues with the people at the gate even though the property manager gave them all of our information says before we got there. We also had some last from the HOA threaten to call the cops because we had brought an electric grill which we were told was allowed. Didn't even try to have a civilized conversation with us just came in hot and threatening. Super strange situation especially considering there were other grills at other condos. Only other down side is that it is about 30 minutes round trip to any convenience stores, but there is ice and docks and fishing on site! Thanks for the great stay!!!

Relaxing weekend

The property was great for a girls weekend for four friends. We each had our own bed and 3 bathrooms. The common area was great for hanging out, making meals together, and playing games around the table. Comfy recliners and a nice porch to have morning coffee. The keyless entry was great to not have to worry about a key. Close to the water and would be perfect if you had a boat as it's right by a boat ramp. Would come back!

Perfect home away from home

We absolutely loved the property and everything about it. We had everything needed to prepare a huge dinner, sufficient towels, etc and the property owners were extremely accommodating with any & everything including recommendations for our family ventures. Quality Condo with Easy Access to Surrounding Area

This property was an enjoyable stay. The property was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The virtual guard at the property gate was a bit annoying for us as well the owner, but once we figured out the process it wasn't too much of a hassle. Although sometimes there was a bit of a wait to get through the guest line. The property had easy access to the local marina, just a short 1 minute walk. It was also very easy to hop over to the state park or Moonshine Beach. And it was also a quick drive back into Hollister and Branson.

Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Condo was very clean and the owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas family time!

Perfect for what we needed. Close to SDC. Near the landing for shopping. Confortable beds. Would maybe suggest a couple decks of cards to keep on site. (Forgot ours). Would definitly stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

There was a glitch with getting in the gate of the property. Looked like they may be redoing the system? Had to contact security every time we came back. I reckon that to some degree made it a bit safer; if you don't have the right answers, you don't get in! The grounds were nice and well kept. The condo was nice and clean, quite spacious. Great spot for a get away. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the Branson area. Really great for people wanting to be close to the lake.

Great location and big value for the money

There were six of us total, all adults, and it was the perfect property to stay in for a couple of days to enjoy Table Rock lake, Branson and all the Big Cedar dining options. Owner was great at communicating and genuinely cared about us having a good time, which is awfully rare. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect Retreat for Table Rock Lake!

Residence was as described, space for 3 generations! Kitchen was well equipped, we spent 5 days and never ate out! Proximity to lake was a short walk, pool was perfect and never crowded. We really enjoyed our Table Rock Lake vacation!

Perfect size

We came for a wedding. My 2adult kids, husband and his parents. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plus on one level for my in laws. Great porch to sit on get some views of the lake. Well stocked kitchen with anything you needed and plenty of towels. Even had shampoos and soap. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Vacation Rental

We love this place! We have been renting this unit for a long time and it feels like home to us. We love how nicely it is kept and all the special touches that the owners have thought of to make it very livable at our home away from home. The 3 full bathrooms are so nice. We also appreciate the pantry items and spices that help to reduce all the things we need to pack. It is very convenient to get to and is just a beautiful place to stay. We enjoy our family vacations here and then spend hours and days pondering the blessings and memories of the treasured time spent together with the ones we love. Thank you! We will be back again soon!

It was OK.

The kitchen had food crumbs on counter and was dirty. The floors wasnt vacuum. You can clearly see that. Would perfer walkin showers for seniors. Steep tub and other bath had alot of soap scrum on floor of tub.

Lake Fun

Location was great. All units had an enclosed patio which sucks when you want to sit outside and enjoy the lake views but you can't. No boat parking at a lake? This should be a no-brainer when at a lake. Nosey, Karen neighbors in this area. No recycling. Boat launch was very easy and the staff were friendly. Our units was spacious and easy. Fully stocked with essential stuff with lots of extras.

We enjoy Branson and SW Missouri during the off season, we are retired and enjoy weekends away in this area. We enjoy bringing our grandkids here and spending time with them and their parents.

This area is away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, It is a very quiet, relaxed neighborhood, This condo complex has a very limited number of rentals. In short it is quiet, the neighbors are great if you are a quiet place. If you are looking for a party place, THIS IS NOT IT. This a place to relax, recharge, build memories, enjoy the many amenities of SW Missouri. And is within 15 minutes of any attractions Branson has to offer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Quiet, not a lot of young kids running crazy. A great place for family, and family types of things.
