6 Rooms in a sunny spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a sleep sofa in the Living Room. Kitchen is fully equipped with a Kuerig coffee maker pods cream and sugar. Also has Dining Room, Sunroom, and 2 outdoor porches. The Front porch is uncovered and allows for sunning in a nice little sitting area. The Back porch is covered and is a great spot to read a book or have a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Coin operated washer and dryer in the basement.

Our stay was just as i had imagined. The apartment was in an older home in an established older neighborhood that was well maintained and in a great location. We met the host in person after having great communication with him online. He made sure we were comfortable in the home and were not having any issues with our stay. The apartment was close to many restaurants and had great views of the harbor and city close by. Our stay helped us to have a true experience of Boston and the people living there. We would definitely stay here again if we ever plan another trip to the area.

This is my second time staying at Frankie's VRBO so clearly I like it! The space is lovely and clean. It's conveniently located both to get to Boston and to the North Shore. Check-in and check-out is easy and Frankie is readily available if you need him. Do know that if you have mobility issues, there are some steep stairs to climb up to get to the apartment, so just a heads up about that. But overall, a very good experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It is a safe, quiet and charming neighborhood and well-maintained home with character, comfortable beds and everything we needed for our short stay in Boston. We arrived a little early. It was still being cleaned but we were able to get in the house and drop our stuff off. The communication was very good with the owner. He did need to get in and do some work but communicated this and we planned to be out for the day anyway. It was very conveniently located for us to visit different places in the area while we were there and was very close to the airport. It was a nice neighborhood that seemed very safe with restaurants nearby. We would stay here again!

Felt like returning home

This is a charming place to stay, close to the water and the airport. We rented this two-bedroom apartment for a week this June. We stayed here once before in 2023 and it felt like returning home the moment we walked in this time. This place has everything needed for an enjoyable time exploring Boston and Winthrop. It has ample space for four adults, a big table for dining and the sofas are very comfortable for relaxing. The new, high-quality pillows are also a big plus. We will try to rent this place again on our next visit to Winthrop.

Boston Marathon 25

We were in town for the Boston 5K & Marathon. The space was lovely, and the owner very receptive. We enjoyed talking with him and ate at several great restaurants that he recommended.

Great spot!

My sister and I did a trip where we split a day in Boston and a day in Salem. This was a perfect place to stay for both. Frank was a lovely host who was very responsive and gave us a lot of good suggestions. We especially really enjoyed getting to use the balcony. My sister and I both said we would love to stay here again!

Winthrop trip

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Short walk to gorgeous stone beach with amazing views. Very comfortable beds and living area. Everything we needed was easily available. We will absolutely be booking again! The host gave an extensive and detailed list of transportation options, local restaurants, activities, etc. Would highly recommend!

Few days to check out Boston

Frankie was an excellent host !! He gives so much information about the city, things to do, how to navigate and many restaurant recommendations. He couldn’t have been nicer . Beautiful neighborhood, felt very safe. Property as described,, just know there are some steep steps to get to the apartment! Parking on premises is a big plus .. great stay !

What a great place to see Boston!

The house was amazing. I’d but such character. It actually had a lot of the features the house I grew up in had. The location could not have been better. So close to everything. We drove to the T and rode into Boston to do what we came to do. Ate lunch at Massomino’s in Little Italy. Wow! Wow! Wow! Took the trolley and learned new facts about Boston. Toured the USS Constitution, attended a Braves games, and rode the ferry to Nantucket. Busy 3 days but awesome. Our hosts helped us with so much in providing ideas and help on how to get around. Thank you! If you are ever coming to Boston check this place out first!

Best of Both Worlds

The calm of a typical and friendly residential neighborhood... less than 20-25 minutes (car + subway) from the heart of Boston was perfect for us. Orient Heights subway station is just 6 minutes from the house with an incentive parking lot at only $2.40 per 24 hours. This saved us the hassle of driving around the city while allowing us to come and go as we pleased. The residence and its two spacious bedrooms + dining and living rooms allowed us to be comfortable throughout our stay and there were plenty of good food offerings in Winthrop and East Boston (ex.: Belle Isle Seafood and Taquería Jalisco).

Spacious and minutes away from downtown.

Not only was Casa de Los Clarey spacious and well equipped, it was in a great area. Getting to Boston either by public transport, ferry or car can be done with ease. We came with grandparents and children and everything we needed was provided. Frank is also an amazing host giving us all the hot tips for restaurants and nightlife in the area. The Winthrop and Revere beaches are also a step away so in a hot summer day you can go easily go cool off. Would recommend to anyone going to the area.

This was a great stay! Frank was super nice and helpful, the recommendations he made were perfect for what we wanted. The house is so cute and has great character, comfy beds and plenty of space for the 5 adults we had.

Great place to relax close to Boston

Attractive woodwork, nice deck/porch, enjoyed the sun room. Short/easy access to Boston but far enough to be quiet. Close to Winthrop Beach. Cuts walkable neighborhood. Property manager very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect Fall Escape

My daughter and I loved our stay in Winthrop. We drove up from Pa to visit Salem and Boston for a long weekend. This place was a nice retreat from the 2 busy cities. The neighborhood was super cute, the place was clean, and the beds were cozy. Frankie was also quick to respond and left many town suggestions!
