Villa with a swimming pool and a breathtaking sea view facing the Bay of Cala di Volpe. Can comfortably accomodate up to 16 guests. The quiet and picturesque location very close to the most famous beaches of Costa Smeralda and the Pevero Golf Club. A perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation with the family and/ or a big group of friends. Apart from the magnificent sea view, you will fall in love with the particular design of the villa. It reflects the Sardinian history and combines the style of a typical stazzu of Gallura region represented by the massive doors made of aged wood with elements of wrought iron and pieces of works of a local talented artisan such as, for example, a metal fence in Gaudi style on the roof terrace. The outdoor spaces which are lived the most have everything a group of people might need during a summer vacation. Big swimming pool with sun beds, barbecue area, very spacious covered terrace on the roof with a sea view for aperitifs. Covered terrace in front of the house for dining all'aperto. All the entertainments are 5 minutes drive; i.e. supermarket, boutiques and restaurants of Porto Cervo, beaches with fine white sand such as La Celvia, Capriccioli, Romazzino, Cala di Volpe, Piccolo Pevero, Grande Pevero, Pevero Golf Club, Hotel Cala di Volpe, Hotel Romazzino, ecc.

Maid service 8 hours a day with one day off is included.

The villa is composed as follows:
Ground Floor
From the entrance gate, an avenue leads to the main entrance of the house decorated in the manner of the ancient stazzu (iron, copper and wood).
From here on the right there is a lounge furnished with French taste like "jardin d’hiver" with its small bathroom. This room, characterised more likely as a covered veranda, has an independent entrance and is furnished as a living room with "dormeuse" and sofas. The living space can be easily transformed into a bedroom for 2/3 people since the sofas have a wire mesh. The curtains allow to completely darken the room.
Two steps up there are two bedrooms, one double with bathroom with a bathtub / shower / bidet, and another single room with two beds with its own bathroom (complete with everything like that previous one).
The entrance then leads to the living room with dining table overlooking a glazed bay that gives a lot to the outdoor patio large and furnished with a dining table for 12/16 people
and a lounge.
A kitchen made by a local architect with antiqued and very suggestive wood, equipped with two ovens, 2 dishwashers and an American type fridge, a washing machine.
Master bedroom consists of a suite with a walk-in closet, an artistic bathroom and a
double bedroom with spectacular sea view on Tavolara Island.
Outdoor patio is furnished with a table that with an addition can fit 16 people.
Second patio / gazebo furnished with artistic table, barbecue and refrigerator.
Both patios have a sea view of the sea and the island of Tavolara.

Swimming pool and solarium.

Floor below with access by internal and external stairs is composed of:
a large double bedroom with its complete bathroom and independent exit.
A double bedroom with the addition of a dormeuse in case of "nannie" for small children too complete with bathroom and independent entrance.
A double bedroom with full bathroom always independent (these three rooms below give on a garden with pizza oven and another small gazebo).
Another artistic kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge. This kitchen also has the the cook's bath.
Upper floor:
large terrace with unobstructed view of the islands furnished in the French way (3 lounges and 1 dining table).
Total square meters including terraces, patios etc. about 500.
Garden about 1000 meters.
