Up to 4 people at all times. Up to 2 cars at all times. Violations reported to Town of Rhinebeck and VRBO, booking terminated without refund.

Toilet paper, paper towels, & cleaning products etc. are responsibility of guest.

No Heating/cooling. Home temp regulated by owner. There is no smoking on the premises, inside or outside. Violations result in a $500 fine.

BBQ Grill Use: propane tank is property of the rental home. It is responsibility of the guest to refill the tank if it runs out during your stay. Please forward us the receipt and we will refund the cost through the app (once per reservation).

Cleaning service for hire during your stay. General areas like laundering bedding & towels, kitchen & bathroom cleaning and vacuuming and mopping. The price is $75 per clean. Please email if interested.

Damage to household items such as mattresses and linens including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, pillows, etc., resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc., will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

There is a doorbell Ring devices on outside premises. ADT security system. No indoor cameras anywhere inside the home. Motion sensors on the windows and front and back doors.
