In the unspoilt nature of the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park, La Maison Bleue is a traditional house, completely renovated for 4 people.
Comfortable, it welcomes you by a large shaded terrace, ideal for relaxation and convivial moments around an aperitif or a barbecue.
On the same level as the terrace are the fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven/ microwave, refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher), open to the living room/ lounge (fireplace, TV, Wifi) and a first bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). For entertainment, many games, board games and books are available in the library.
Below, on the ground floor, are the bedroom with 1 bed 160, 2 beds 90 and the second bathroom with toilet and sink. In this bathroom is installed the washing machine and various accessories such as a clothes rack.
The Maison Bleue meets the 3* requirements and is also air-conditioned.
The Maison Bleue d'Ardèche will allow you to live in the quiet of a property of 2 hectares, with swimming pool and breathtaking views of the valley, and riverside to enjoy the pleasures of the water in freedom.
Located away from tourist concentrations, it remains close to all the spots in the region:
- The Ardèche Gorges and Pont d'Arc,
- Chauvet Cave 2, UNESCO World Heritage Site
- The Aven d'Orgnac
- Visit villages of character such as BALAZUC, VOGÜÉ, ...
- etc ...
And outdoor activities:
- hiking, cycling, motorbike ...
