The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 120 m² house, less than a kilometre from the beach, with shared swimming pool, in Pléneuf-Val-André, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 400 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- A separate WC

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and a 4 m² terrace
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and a 3 m² terrace
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- Shower room
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A shared (unheated) 10×12 m swimming pool, open from 1ᵉʳ July to 31 August (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate.
- A lovely 400 m² enclosed garden
- An unfenced terrace of 7 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
- Sports activities (sailing, paddle, golf, hiking...)
- Visit the Emerald Coast (Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte, Saint Cast, Dinard...)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station 19 km away (22 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc airport 38 km (36 min by car)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
