Welcome to La Petite Maison dans la Prairie, a haven of peace nestled in the heart of bustling Rennes. This charming 76m² town house, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers, is located in the garden of a building just a stone's throw from the Jacobins conference centre, and offers a peaceful, leafy setting. With all rooms facing south, it is bathed in natural light throughout the day. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:
Garden level :
- A living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc., as well as a dining area
- Separate WC

1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed
- Shower room

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A shared garden
- A 30 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Rennes, close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market (Les Lices every Saturday morning).

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking space in the residence.
