Esta hermosa casa espaciosa se encuentra en una propiedad muy grande justo en el agua en el extremo norte de AMI. La casa está incrustada en un paisaje natural.

La casa con aire acondicionado tiene dos unidades de aire acondicionado y plazas de aparcamiento en frente de la casa. Fue completamente renovado en 2015 y cuenta con WiFi (WIFI gratuito).

Dos mesas de comedor en la terraza con capacidad para 8 personas: todo está a su disposición para que los días más bellos del año sean lo más agradables posible.

Location! Location! Location

We have been visiting Anna Maria Island for many years, and this property is now a favorite. Located on the north end of the island, it sits right on the channel with dock access—ideal for relaxing by the water or launching a kayak. It is a nice walk in the evening to the City Pier and Two Scoops for ice cream.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything on one floor—which we really appreciated. The pool area was a highlight: a great place to cool off during the day or enjoy dinner in the evening under the canopy-covered patio. The beach is just an easy walk away, making it perfect for being able to come back to the house if you forgot something. This home truly captures what we love about Anna Maria: peaceful, beautiful, and easy to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location!

We loved the location and the pool! Saw manatees right off the back deck almost every morning. The kitchen was a little sparse, but everything in the house was clean and we had a great time!

Nice house and nice location

Our group of 5 (2 adults / 3 children) really enjoyed this wonderful home on the canal. It had plenty of space for everyone, and the private backyard with pool was a nice oasis after a day at the beach. It has quick access to the beach path, and the shops on Pine are an easy 5 minute bike ride away. The only thing to be aware of is there was not a working wagon and no beach equipment. We did buy beach chairs and boogie boards to use for the week (we also left them so they may now be availability for future renters). Overall, would definitely recommend this host and house .

I have been coming to the Island for 45 years with family and friends. It’s beautiful here and the property that I have stayed at is beautiful and was amazed at the renovation after the hurricanes. Looking forward to staying next year.

A great stay!

This house was wonderful! Great location to Bean Point beach and close to Pine Avenue shopping. The house was clean and communication was easy with the owners/property managers. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Manatee channel home

The house has the space needed for 2 families (of 4). We alternated one of our daughters to sleep on the couch (it would be nice to have a double and a twin in the spare room-for this reason). The yard is maintained and is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The dock off the back of the house was nice to view manatee (but not for fishing...nothing was caught) lol The house is a bit dated (it seems the owners are slowly updating it). Beds were comfy and nice linens! (Could use a few extra blankets though). Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was close to the beach, walkable for morning walks, and quiet for time to unwind after the beach).

Great location

Very clean at check in. Nice backyard with canal access (we saw plenty of manatees!). Pool was cleaned professionally twice during our stay. We enjoyed the easy access to Pine St as well as many beaches on the north end. We rented bikes from Beach Bums and zipped around the north end. One note, make sure you like firm mattresses. All the beds are very firm. I’m a soft mattress gal so this was a little difficult for me.

Perfect week in paradise!

Stayed a whole week at the beautiful house on the canal. Location was great and everything was spacious and clean. Was nice that pool was shaded part of the afternoon. Saw lots of wildlife around the canal. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This was our 3rd time to the island. It was great! Being on the canal was so nice. Lots of space for everyone. VERY clean which we all appreciate! Close enough to walk to the beach. The only thing I can think of is that it could have used a new beach wagon and beach chairs. My husband’s chair broke while sitting in it and the wagon was broke on arrival but my husband was able to sorta fix it temporarily. But those are tiny details. Overall would rent again! The pool heater broke and was promptly fixed the next morning. Thank you!!

Always a great stay!

This is our second visit to this property after staying about 7-8 times in other properties. The location as well as the property grounds keep us coming back! We’re already booked at this home for the third straight year for next year! Great hosts!

Location, Location, Location

The location of this house was absolutely perfect! Close enough to the beach and shops that you never really had to get in the car, but felt secluded on the north side of the island. We rented bikes and had the best time riding to the beach, shopping and ice cream! The back yard is beautiful and water access for fishing was great. We saw manatees off the dock almost daily. The house was nice and clean. We didn’t love having to go to another location to pick up the door code. After a long day of travel, we just wanted to get to the house amd settle in to start our vacation. I called the property manager on the first day and left a message with some questions but never got a return call, that said, we ended up figuring things out on our own. Overall, we would totally rent this house again. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Wonderful Home

We had a great time at your wonderful home we loved the spaciousness of it and my family loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. I have been renting here for over ten years and love the area. We really like the fact that we didn’t have to climb stairs . Will be back next year.

Our New Place to Stay!

We cannot say enough about staying at this beautiful home! We absolutely loved it! It was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in; the host was exceptional to work with as well as the property management company, and the layout of the home was exactly what we wanted. One level, very open, not a lot of sit around decor, but nicely decorated (great with the 2 year old), comfortable, amazing outdoor pool and dock...just an overall exceptional experience. The location was quiet, but close to everything. Thanks for an amazing visit to Anna Maria. We will be staying here again for sure!!!

North Anna Maria is the place to be!

This cute little house was perfect for two families. Within walking distance to bean point beach and beach area at the bay. We did rent a golf cart for the week. The dock is small, but we saw manatees and caught some fish. The pool is great, but definitely hot in the afternoon. The open floor plan of the house was conducive for all. It was nice to have a split floor plan for the adults and bathrooms. The north point of the island is more residential and private. Highly recommend! The owners were easy to work with. We hope to be back!

Great rental

House was great however kitchen lacked some in baking dishes for the oven and bathroom towels were very worn. Green Realty did help out with new pans and new towels

The property is very clean and I’m hard to please! Location is perfect, short walk to beach access, the house is all around well kept and the kitchen actually has enough stuff for you to cook and serve your family. This has been the best property we have booked over the last couple years!

A great week!

We enjoyed the location of the house - on the canal and very close to bay and gulf side beaches. Backyard and pool were very nice, pool toys and towels were a nice touch. Beds comfy. Check in required an extra stop at the property management office to pick up the entry code.

All agreed it was one of the best!

We had a great experience/vacation that will go down as one of the best yet! Location was great, convenience to get the beach, stores, restaurants were all in walking distance or short drive. The house being an open concept was especially nice for our family. Thank you for sharing your home....it was lovely!

A great stay in a great house.

We really enjoyed staying in this property. We had 2 families so the 4 bedroom layout was perfect. The pool is very nice as is the access to the canal. If there were anything we would have changed it would have been more comfortable seating in the main TV area. But to say that bothered us would be a lie! We very much so enjoyed our stay! Thank you and we are looking forward to coming back again next year and staying at this same property!

Great Location

We loved this house! Great location and extremely clean! Kids loved the pool and there is EXCELLENT fishing off the dock. We even got to see manatees from there!!
