- a bedroom with a 160 cm sofa bed and a connected television,

- a garage for storage.

First floor:
- a bedroom with 4 single beds including 2 bunk beds,
- a bedroom with a 140cm double bed,
- bathroom with bath and toilet.

The house has a terrace with direct access to the kitchen, garden furniture and barbecue.

Port-Louis is a historic fortified town with a remarkable geographical location. Forming a peninsula opposite Larmor-Plage, you can discover charming spots such as the little sea of Gâvres, the pointe de Kerzo and its castle, the Driasker cove, the Locmalo bay and, of course, the citadel and its museum. Accessible by TGV (Lorient) then bus and batobus, our house is an ideal pied à terre, opposite the island of Groix, for visiting Morbihan and southern Finistère.

Bed linen and towels are not included in your stay.
Take advantage of the professional linen option at a very attractive price.
Premium hotel-quality ironed linen, disinfected to ISO 9001 and RABC standards.

If you do not wish to take out this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact sizes of bedding after your reservation in order to best prepare for your trip.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin liners and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes : Complete bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
