You'll love its seaside location, central to everything within walking distance, and its south-west exposure, allowing you to take advantage of its enclosed garden (front and back, and terrace).
This 120m2 house can accommodate up to 8 people (4 bedrooms).
First floor:
- Living room with dining table and fireplace
- Light-filled living room with TV, coffee table, sofa, armchairs
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster...)
- Bedroom with double bed, closet and storage space
- Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail
- Office with garden access, Ethernet cable, adjustable desk height
- Separate WC
- Garage with washing machine
1st floor :
- Shower room with bath and WC
- 2 bedrooms with double beds and storage space
