Comfort, calm and nature for this large contemporary villa with 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms (the living room and kitchen are not air-conditioned) located in the heart of a village 30 minutes from Ajaccio, its entertainment and its farmers' market. You will be seduced by the green setting, the calm and the authenticity of the place in a private property of 1500 m2. You will enjoy the most beautiful beaches of the south and the west coast about 2 hours away (car mandatory): Propriano, Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio, Sagone, Cargese, Porto... you will find all the comforts on site, a large fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances (LV, LL, SL and outdoor drying room), garden furniture, summer kitchen and plancha for your evenings, ping-pong table, readings, XXL collection of teen/adult comics and games for children. The house has a balcony with panoramic views, terraces on the first floor and relaxation areas. The village offers all the necessary services, and restaurants with Corsican specialties. For those who prefer freshness, several river sites are accessible in the surrounding area. From June to September, stays of at least 1 week are preferred. Linen (sheets/towels/dish towels) is provided free of charge under conditions: washing required at the end of the stay. BB bed and high chair on request. Important: the house has a maximum capacity of 6 people + a folding cot made available if necessary. Please respect this capacity at the time of your reservation. No additional people will be accepted once on site at the risk of cancellation of the stay. Our hiking friends will not be able to stay in the house after a stay in a GR20 stopover cottage due to the risk of bed flea infestation. I attach particular importance to the comfort of holidaymakers. In addition, access to the house is via a road calibrated to receive only tourist vehicles. Any truck or large vehicle cannot access.
