When you only need a great place to rest after a long day exploring the mountain, this is the way to go.

Bedding: King bed

This lock-off room has a king bed, TV, desk, and an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower.

Every unit at the Bear Creek Lodge includes a fan, humidifier, hairdryer, coffee maker, starter coffee, and robes.

The Bear Creek Lodge offers free top-of-the-line fiber wireless internet access, a fitness center, newly-remodeled outdoor year-round heated pool and hot tubs, grills, a fire pit, sauna and a free shuttle for guest use within Mountain Village. A funicular is located onsite for easy ski access to the Lower Village Bypass run in the winter.

Parking at the Bear Creek Lodge is NOT guaranteed. One parking spot per unit is available on a first-come, first-served basis for $25 per night. Parking fees will be charged at check-in. If parking is not available at the lodge, parking is available at the Gondola Parking Garage for $25 per night. The Gondola Parking Garage is located behind Market Plaza and is accessible via the on-demand shuttle at the Bear Creek Lodge.

The pool, hot tub and shuttle operation hours vary. Please consult the front desk for hours during your stay.

We had a wonderful time. It was quite beautiful. We will stay again. A suggestion is to move the pet clean-up box. The smell was quite unpleasant when we opened the window near the door. We had to keep the window closed and could not have fresh air flowing through the room.

Before we had drove 8 hours to get to Bear Creek Lodge for a wedding weekend, I had called the front office and confirmed that we would be able to retrieve our room key after check in hours as our estimated time to get to BCL was after midnight. I was told that we could find our keys on the front desk with my name on the envelope with keys inside. Fast forward to 1:30 AM when we arrived with no one in the front office and no keys to get to our room. All BCL could say that they had simply forgot to do it. We were not pleased as it was the middle of the night with snow on the ground. We also were on the phone with a very rude after hours employee that was affiliated with BCL. Once we were able to have someone come bring us our key, we got settled into our unit. The room was nice with a clean bathroom, towels and a cozy feel. When we peeled back the sheets, there was hair, crumbs, dried body fluids and grass in the bed. HOW DISGUSTING. There was a housekeeper that made the bed look pristine and didn't bother to make the bed when there was no mistaking that the sheets were soiled. We had to then call the rude customer service employee to get it fixed in the middle of the night. Overall, we felt that a few, not all, of the employees of BCL were cutting corners/lazy and did not make it a satisfactory stay. We do not plan on returning and would not recommend others to stay there. There are other stunning places to stay in the Mountain Village/Telluride area.
