Welcome to “Marie”, a charming 85 m² semi-detached house, part of the oldest building on the Domaine des Ormeaux. This fully equipped holiday home offers comfort and authenticity, accommodating up to 4 adults, with two air-conditioned bedrooms.

Historic charm and cozy atmosphere
The main bedroom retains its original rustic features, including a French-style ceiling and a 17th-century stone fireplace. The elegant canopy bed, once tucked away in the attic, has been lovingly restored.

The second, more intimate bedroom was originally the property’s cellar and now offers a peaceful retreat.

The living room/gallery opens onto a private inner courtyard with stunning views of the surrounding countryside – the perfect spot to enjoy a serene sunrise.

Fully equipped kitchen & private outdoor space
You’ll find a modern kitchen complete with induction hob, dishwasher, espresso/filter coffee maker, toaster, and a fridge-freezer – ideal for preparing delicious meals at your own pace.

Outside, a private sitting area with dining furniture invites you to enjoy an aperitif or sample local Périgord delicacies.
