Welcome to Cruzy, a charming little village located in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon.
Our village of Cruzy is located in the Hérault, between Béziers and Narbonne and is close to the Canal du Midi.
If you want to enjoy the beach, you can discover pretty seaside resorts such as Valras-plage, Narbonne-plage or Saint Pierre la mer (30 minutes by car).
Nature lovers, magnificent hiking trails and villages of character are to be appreciated. We will leave tourist guides and good addresses where to go to appreciate the place and its surroundings.
The villa is a modern villa of 100m2, on one level, perfect for your family stay.
It is located in a housing development on a country road, on a 517m2 fenced and wooded plot.
You will have a private unheated swimming pool of 5 × 3 m, secured (bar tarpaulin), a barbecue, 4 deckchairs, a cantilever parasol, a garden table for 8 people and garden furniture, in order to fully enjoy the outdoors.

The swimming pool is not heated: its use depends on the weather conditions and it is generally appreciated from the end of spring.
The large terrace is protected by pergolas with sliding canvases.

The house consists of:
- 1 large living room (40m2) with dining area, fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, US fridge, hob with integrated hood, bean coffee maker, kettle, blender, cookeo....) and a lounge area with TV (65 inches with TNT, vidaa tv and prime/netflix with traveler ID connection) convertible 3-seater sofa.
-1 Master suite (10m2 with bed 140x190) equipped with a TV with private shower room, WC and dressing room. A French window opens onto the terrace.

-1 laundry room equipped with a washing machine accessible in part of the garage, the other part of the garage will not be accessible for travelers, the house being our main residence we keep this space for personal use.

The house is air-conditioned with ducted air conditioning and equipped with WIFI. There are 2 private parking spaces with direct access to the house.

The rental is very suitable for families with children.
Groups of young people are not allowed, nor are pets.
In summer, rental only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday (7 days).
Smoking is forbidden in the house (only outside, ashtrays will be provided).
You will be welcomed for the handover of the keys with explanations of the operation of all the equipment (an explanatory booklet will also be available in the house) and an inventory will be made when you leave.
Provision of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price however, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
