Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This property has been remodeled and given a new look. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has a spacious kitchen and dining room with an island. The family room is large including a 65” 4K TV. You will be close to Shillington , Wyomissing , West Reading , and Maple Grove. Twenty minutes to Lititz and 30 minutes to Lancaster. We welcome you and are pleased to serve you as our guests!

We really enjoyed our stay at Grings Hill Guest House ! It was in a great location right off the highway. The house was spacious and cozy. And It had the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on! We will definitely be back !

The house was even better than the pictures. It was conveniently located to everything and. Even tried some suggestions of things to do in the welcome binder. The kitchen was very spacious and made cooking with multiple people easy. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

Lovely stay in a beautiful house

Great for family

Close to shopping and family we were visiting, Much more pleasant to stay in a home than a hotel. The ammenities provided were appreciated. Nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect layout and location

Traveling with my spouse and my 93 year old mother to see her first great-grandson. The location was perfect, less than a half mile from my sister-in-laws. The house was spacious and my mom was able to easily navigate with her walker. I'm a snorer so having the third bedroom meant that everyone's sleep was uninterrupted. We ate meals at my sister-in-law's but we appreciated the supply of coffee and snacks at the house.

Great house for family getaway

The Grings Hill Guest House was perfect for a long weekend with family exploring the Reading area. It is only a couple of minutes from the major highways. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Be aware that Ine of the house rules, as stated in the listing, is no alcohol on the premises.

Bowling weekend

We came for our annual state tournament at berks lanes and heister and let's just say glad we choose this house instead of a hotel. The space alone was ideal and the whole experience made it stress free was able to concentrate on what we went there for.

Comfy stay for a visit with family!

The property was very cozy and VERY clean. The sectional & recliner were so comfortable! We didn’t spend a ton of time there as we were back and forth from family’s house, but it was just what we needed. The heat works great - almost too well at times as it warms up quick! These things didn’t affect our rating but could be helpful for future renters: - there are automatic lights in the hallway and bathroom; that is a little rough in the middle of the night and especially if you have small kids that may wake up to that. -it’s also located on a busy street but they added a gravel turn around so that you don’t have to try to back up into the street; that was very helpful! Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely look into renting again in the future! Thank you!

Beautiful home the pictures don't show how large it really is

We had a great time for our mini mini Vac The Host Wendell & Julie are awesome. They were there through text & messages the whole way. We all really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to the places we planned to go. Our lil ones & us adults really enjoyed it. I would recommend & stay again tyvm Mr & Mrs Nolt 5 ⭐s I thing Is to other visitors. Which normally isn't an issue ( No seasoning no salt or pepper , oil or any condiments. ) just an FYI. We didn't cook but my daughter was going to make pancakes but we had cereal & milk for the boys. And it was 2 nights. All the other places we stayed at had just enough condiments to get you through the day or get a chance to go to store. Other than that every thing else was great beds were very comfortable I have a very bad back & knees . Thank very much for the use of your beautiful home. 5 ⭐

Clean home with all the comforts for a nice getaway.

Owners were very accommodating and left a Christmas treat in the porch while we visited family. Nice quiet area to relax and close to our family in Reading / Philly / leabanon area .

Cozy home had everything we needed

Welcome treats and coffee were much appreciated. Comfy couch with big TV for movie nights. Nice binder f restaurant and local attractions.

Beautiful home and a great stay

This home is very large and roomy , it was very very clean . It is decorated beautifully . The living room couch was so comfortable and the the large screen tv was a real plus! The bedrooms were great and the beds very comfortable! The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had and were great! I will definitely stay here again ! I give it 5 stars !
