House is in Indian Mountain Lakes, gated, lakeside community in Pocono Mt. Pocono. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 floors, non-smoking house, with gas fireplace, Smart TV, Hot tub, sauna, pool and Foosball table.
Fireworks, speeding and loud music are prohibited. We require 3-4 nights minimum for holidays. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays or holidays. Please inquire before booking. In times of Covid please make sure to purchase insurance in order to get full refund.
Indian Mountain Lakes is located in a private lakeside community in Pocono Mts. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 2 floors, non-smoking house, with gas fireplace, 65'' Smart TV, (no cable, you would have to use your own Netflix, Hulu account), Internet, hot tub, sauna, pool and foosball table. Linens Included. The house is a perfect haven for family and friends who want to get away from it all, with the comfort of a home. All tableware and cookware are provided, amenities include dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker.
House features deck with a BBQ grill (propane is provided, just turn on the valve), fire pit (it is not shoveled during the winter, fire wood is not provided but available to purchase) and hot tub.
The house is located minutes from Skirmish Paintball (2 miles), ShopRite (10 miles), Pocono Raceway – Pocono NASCAR 500 (11 miles), Split Rock Resort (9 miles), Camelbeach Water Park (15 miles) Kalahari Water Park (12 miles) and ski area: Jack Frost (15 miles), Big Boulder Mountain (10 miles), Blue Mountain Ski Area (20 miles), Camelback (15 miles), a short ride to malls (The Crossings Premium Outlets 17 miles), the Mt Airy Casino (19 miles), restaurants, horseback riding, Alvin’s Offroad Playground (ATV rentals) and paintball.
We encourage you to enjoy the community outdoor pools (June-August). Other attractions provided by Indian Mountain Lake Community such as basketball and tennis courts, outdoor pools, beach and playground. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. The Lakes are open from May to September. Community amenities badges are for $10 per person, kids under 5 years old are free. Swimming pools are open from Memorial - Labor Day Weekend. We provide one boat with oars and one kayak (green) and 4 vests-must be worn at all times. They are located at the Boulder Lake on a rack (please see pictures). Memorial - Labor Day weekend.
If any amenity (outdoor pools, tennis court, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, high level of bacteria, burn ban emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above-mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.

Other things to note:
THIS is not a PARTY HOUSE. Minimum AGE Limit for all Renters – 26 years old (except families traveling with their kids). No proms please. The person that is on a rental agreement, must be present at all time. You can have up to 12 people max (adults and kids). Your reservation will be canceled without a refund. You must sign rental agreement and registration form (all adults names) for the Community at least 3-4 business days before the arrival, thank you for understanding. Please note that only registered people (up to 12) will be allowed to go through the gate. IDs are required at the gate for all adults. Registration must by submit 2 business days before arrival. Please be advised that any changes less to the 48h before the arrival to the guests list is subject to additional fee $75.
There is a minimum 3-4 nights for holidays. Please inquire before booking. I require to book the whole holiday weekend. There is NO check in or check out on holidays (Please ask before booking). There is 2 nights minimum for weekend (Friday-Sunday) and 3 nights for weekdays. If you want to book 6 months in advance, please ask before.
In times of Covid please make sure to purchase travel insurance in order to get full Refund.
Speeding, Fireworks and loud music are not allowed in IML. The Community is very strict about it, there is $500 fine each time.
Laundry room is available for 4+ nights stay. Laundry detergent is not provided. Please note that we are on septic system. Please flush ONLY toilet paper. You will need to wait for hot water after few showers. Please do not drive/park on the grass, especially on a septic hill. Your reservation will be canceled without the refund.
Property fee includes: cleaning, garbage removal, linens, 12 bath towels, registration.
Guests will get the access code for the lock box one day before the arrival. Some doors are locked. I keep my stuff there. Please do not open them.
Fridge doesn’t make an ice or water.
No smoking or vaping inside the house.

PET POLICY:
1 dog - $100 fee. Dog must be add to the reservation. No puppies. No cats. Pet cannot be left alone. Dog under 20 pounds can reside in your room but must not be left alone. You must clean up after your dog. Dog must be leashed. You must have control of your pets at all times. You should be able to provide proof of your pet’s vaccination. You are financially responsible for any damage your pet cause.
Breed restrictions: American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, German Shepherd, Huskies, Mastiffs, and Doberman Pinschers.
