Welcome to Ledge Brook Cabins in downtown Greenville, ME! Our 2 hand-built cabins are located in the heart of the Moosehead Lake Region, in downtown Greenville. Each charming cabin accommodates up to 6 guests. Newly built in 2021, Ledge Brook Cabins will provide you with all the comforts of home. Our cabins are located on the ATV trail and the snowmobile trail is across the street with lake access. Our guests can walk to all of the downtown shops, and restaurants, as well as the public beach, playground, basketball court, tennis court, skateboard park, and/or ice skating rink (depending on the season!) With so much to do just a few steps away, you will never be longing for adventure at Ledge Brook Cabins!

Main Level:
Bedroom: A comfortable downstairs bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed.
Bathroom: A full bathroom equipped with a luxurious shower head that renters rave about, plus a convenience of washer and dryer.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen ready for all your culinary adventures.
Dining Area: An inviting space to enjoy meals with family and friends.
Living Room: A cozy area perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

Upstairs Loft: Divided by a charming catwalk, each end of the loft features 2 full-sized beds, for total of 4 more beds providing ample sleeping space.

Front Covered Porch: Furnished with Adirondack chairs, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Private Brook Area: Enjoy a private retreat by the brook, complete with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, and a picnic table for outdoor dining.

High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with our high fiber wireless internet.

Moosehead Stay

Very much property that's close to a lot of fun restaurants and places to visit. Nothing against this location, we assumed it was more secluded than it was and wished it was. but that's not an issue with the property owners at all. Very pleased and would go again.

Beautiful cabin, wonderful location, great owners!

Family of 4 vacation to enjoy some relaxation and snowmobiling. Cabin is like new, clean and well equipped. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, snowmobile access to the lake or local trails. Snowmobiling was excellent! Plenty of parking for a couple of large trailers. The owners are not far away and very responsive, though we never needed anything other to rebook for next year! Thanks again!

We had a great time, the cabin was perfect for our family. The host was super responsive and we had everything we needed. The location is excellent, walking distance to restaurants and stores, the snowmobile trails accessible right from the property. Highly recommend!

2022 snowmobile trip

Great new cabin in the middle of town with easy access to trails and plenty of room for parking vehicles and sleds. Snowed most of our stay but they kept up with plowing and shoveling to make the stay great. Highly recommend. Nina was an awesome host.

Lovely cabin

Cabin was super clean and Nina went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one. Lots of interesting places to visit within walking distance. The lake is absolutely gorgeous!

There is so much to do here year-round, and our kids love all the activities including swimming, boating, fishing, and hiking in the warmer months as well as snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing in the winter months to name a few.
