3 story cabin nestled on top of mountain overlooking 300 acre farm, Toccoa River, with 20 mile mountain range views, NC and TN visible from deck! Best view in Blue Ridge! This home includes private riverfront access down below, trail leading to flat river bank. For extra $75 a night, we have one more guest room available

5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, 5 minutes from Lake Blue Ridge Marina, 10 Minutes from Mercier Orchards, 2 minutes from Ingles shopping! Good cell service and solid WiFi.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We celebrated Thanksgiving and my husband's 60th birthday with our family and our grandkids. The cabin was perfectly clean, and exquisitely decorated. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen and the view was breathtaking. Priscilla was very attentive to our needs. Thank you for an amazing week

Amazing cabin

The cabin is beautiful, amazing views, fully stocked kitchen, close to everything. The walk down to the lake is not for the faint at heart, strenuous.. will definitely be back.. Priscilla responded to all questions and took care of all concerns immediately.. definitely recommend.

We loved our time here. 3 levels so plenty of space for each family to have their own space when needed.

Spacious cabin with beautiful view

Cabin was the perfect size for our group of 11. Just 5-10 minutes from town and an easy drive up to the cabin. Plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles. Kitchen was well stocked with things we needed for cooking and dishes for our group. The pantry room and extra refrigerator was so nice for keeping our food and extra drinks out of the way. The bedrooms were a nice size and beds were comfortable. I was in the master bedroom with my husband and two teenage children. Plenty of room for all 4 of us. My only complaint is the bathroom doesn’t have a door. If nothing else, it needs a curtain to provide privacy so showers can be taken without everyone needing to the leave the room, as there is a direct view into the bathroom from anywhere in the room. We enjoyed our stay and communication with Priscilla was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Extraordinary view, close to town

We had a great stay with our family (3 kids) and two sets of grandparents. There was enough room for everyone and plenty of beds. The loft/nook beds were pretty high with the ladders so those were a concern for the younger kids but no one slept in them they just played up in them. The driveway is gravel but roads are paved and easy to access. The location cannot be beat! Close to town and shops, lake blue ridge and other destinations you may want to visit! There is no better view and it is breathtaking! We went apple picking while there which I recommend when in season! We went to Mercier and had a great time. We made a lot of apple pie! The game room has pool and an arcade and the kids really enjoyed that. There are two refrigerators which was great for our family as we cooked meals every night with gas stove. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of cutlery and plates. I also used the washing machine and it was nice! Cons: The trail down to the river is VERY steep and not for the faint hearted. There are steps that are a little bit easier but would be difficulty for elderly definitely. Georgia has huge bugs (bees and spiders) but none were found in the house (thank goodness). There is no supplied firewood so you must bring your own or buy it from Home Depot down the street. The living room fireplace is wood burning (and you will need it for the fire pit). The fireplace in the master bedroom was gas but unfortunately not working during our stay (the owner did let us know in advance but the repair could not be made during the visit). The master bathroom shower light was out and the water pressure was so/so. We could not use the tub for the kids because the drain would not stay down. Minor issue and nothing we couldn’t work around. There are no screens in the windows. The weather was amazing and we kept them open. However without screens some bugs (mosquitos/moths) did make their way in . Would have been nice for their to be screens. While the house was overall clean, there was a lot of dust (on blinds) and cobwebs on higher to reach places (there are high ceilings and windows). However, the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. Overall we had an amazing time and this is definitely a cabin you want to visit and stay a while! Thank you!

Fantastic Mountain Getaway

Fantastic stay. The views are to unbelievable. Host was awesome! Three families fly fishing on the Toccoa. We rented a pontoon on Blue Ridge - everyone loved the area. In fact some of my family wants to move there. Hope to make it back!

Beautiful home with wonderful views

This is an absolutely lovely place, Its very close to town but still remote. Lots of wildlife to watch from the balcony in the meadow below and beautiful views of the river.
