We are offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Fréhel, situated 400 metres from the beach. With a floor area of 48 m², this flat, which sleeps four, is brand new and has a three-star rating. Situated on the first floor (with a lift) and featuring Wi-Fi via a 4G dongle, it comprises a lovely 24 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

Please note that construction work is currently taking place opposite the residence. At certain times, this may cause some noise or visual disturbance. However, work is suspended at weekends and on public holidays, as well as throughout August.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
