Le Pré Barré is the dream place to discover Périgord while enjoying the calm of the surrounding nature.

This family home in a protected natural area offers three spacious bedrooms and a dormitory with four single beds.

You will also have a large private garden with swimming pool, pétanque, barbecue area, darts area and many other surprises.

By choosing this accommodation, you agree to respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings and the neighborhood. This accommodation is not intended for festive gatherings, which are also prohibited by our internal regulations.

On the ground floor, you can enjoy a large kitchen combining the charm of tiled floors and weathered furniture with the comfort of modern and functional equipment. This opens onto a large adjoining living room area, with beautiful exposed stonework and warm parquet flooring, large and comfortable sofas.



Always on the ground floor, you will have a first large and bright bedroom including a 180cm bed (configuration of 2 90cm beds possible), a small relaxation area as well as a work space. You will also find a large bathroom combining once again the charm of the old with the practical aspect of modern equipment, in particular with a magnificent and large tiled walk-in shower.



On the first floor, a second room elegant bathroom decorated with wood elements including a toilet and a shower but above all a magnificent and comfortable retro bathtub on legs inviting you to relax.

On the same level, you will enjoy two bright and spacious double bedrooms with wooden parquet floors, each with a 180cm bed. Tastefully decorated, their level of comfort is reinforced by a high ceiling highlighting the exposed structural elements. Finally, the accommodation has a third bedroom with the same characteristics called "dormitory" with four single beds and overlooking a small space converted into a children's playroom.



Tablecloths, tea towels and bath mats are provided.

Bed and bath linen are not included in the price. You can bring your own sheets and towels or choose the complete linen fee for €230 including tax per stay.

Mandatory cleaning fees are provided when booking to ensure disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must be left. as you found it on the day of your arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, fridge and cupboards emptied and clean, clean traces of visible dirt and trash emptied in containers.
