• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

Amazing stay!

We came here as a group of 9 for a birthday weekend! Allen was amazing throughout the entire process with communication and accommodation, if possible. House was the perfect size for our group and we still had plenty of room for a few more guests! Would definitely stay here again!
