beautiful place

It was a lovely location and interesting accommodation. With 2 full bathrooms and 1 bedroom. Somehow we, my friend and I got the thought it was a bedroom and sleeper sofa. We were wrong about it, we even called the office thinking we were in the wrong room or they replaced the sofa but they assured us it was a regular sofa. My friend and I were used to sleeping alone so we took turns sleeping on the sofa. It would have been nice if there had been an extra blanket of extra set of sheets. There was nothing extra in this place, only 3 coffee filters and 1 packet of coffee. Even after talking with the office there was no offer of extra blanket of sheets. On your own...was the feeling one gotten. No, won't stay there again. No accommodation made.

mangement refused to speak

We were using the oven and it exploded so there was glass all over the two rooms and into my clothing, etc. They told us not to stay there another night and offered only 1/3 refund. They refused to speak with me about this as I tried several times to speak with the manager.

Visiting the Grandkids

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. We came to Bend from Indiana to spend Christmas with our grandkids. All we needed was a place to sleep and enjoy breakfast. We would stay there again!

Bend Escape

Perfect location, right on the river path. We had a great escape to Bend for a few days. Our newborn loved watching the fireplace flames.

Small & Awesome Spot in Bend

Killer little spot right in the heart of Bend. Everything was perfect with the river just yards from the back patio and downtown within walking distance. Had we stayed longer we would have taken advantage of the grill and green space around the condo.

Boaty bend

Good location in Bend. Easy access to main highway 67 and downtown. Only complaint is noise from upstairs unit from pitter patter.

Nice remodel. Housekeeping was poor. Floors were dirty.. needed wet moped. We had to clean the patio furniture ourselves as it looked like they had NEVER been cleaned.

So peaceful

I loved this unit, the view from bedroom and living room, the location next to river trail walk and beautiful park, sitting on tiny decks with sun and slight breeze, and very comfortable bed to sleep. The kitchen was perfect for one person and all open to living room and watching tv. Laundry was close proximity so just bring your quarters. Also this unit is easy walking distance to downtown Bend. Entering and exiting unit was easy yet secure. Communication with host was always timely. Id stay here again for sure.

Great location, good size 1 bdrm rental, all necessities

This is a great location about 10 minutes walk to the north end of downtown Bend. It's a good size 1 bdrm with 2 full baths, wood floors, decent queen bed which was on the firmer side but I slept well. The apt has everything you need in terms of cooking utensils, pots and pans, making cooking fairly convenient. Dishwasher works well. Things to keep in mind when you're staying there: In the winter, the entire place is heated by the gas fireplace in the living room, so you need to keep the door btw the living room and bedroom open at night if you want heat in the bedrm. There are two AC wall units, one in the living room and one in the bedrom, though I did not use them since it was December. Although you are on the first floor, there is good privacy and there is not a lot of noise. However, you can easily hear the footsteps of the upstairs resident, especially in the mornngs and at night, and I heard this every day I was there. This may bother some, but I was OK with it. If you can live with this and you can sleep through this, I think this would be an ideal rental.

Great location; would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at this location and we will definitely stay here again. We love that it’s walking distance to downtown and right on the river trail. It was very clean and has all the amenities you need.

Amazing location/Amazing space

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Immaculately clean, extremely close to downtown and east side restaurants, and very quiet unit. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Comfortable and great location

The condo was in a great location, easy walk to downtown, Drake Park, to name a few. The property manager informed us that the dishwasher was broken a couple days before our arrival, but other than that the condo was lovely.
