Spectacular Direct Beachfront Cabana awaits your arrival!

Direct Beachfront, 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. This property boasts absolutely gorgeous beach and ocean views from the kitchen and living room and deck as well as harbour views from the bedrooms.
We are located oceanfront of settlement harbour just east of the Nipper's property.
The interior is has beautiful tile floors, large windows and 12' ceilings with 10' oceanfront windows. Teak countertops, dishwasher, ice maker in freezer.
I have worked with the property managers for over 12 years and they take great pride in a offering clean, well maintained product. They are also available if something come up during your stay that may have broken or become disabled.

Enjoyed our time in Guana Cay. Views from the porch were beautiful. The host , Paul, was extremely helpful with making sure we had everything we needed from taxi when we landed to helping us find things to do on the island

We had an amazing time on Guana. Paul was an outstanding host and very informative with details of things we needed to do upon arrival (taxi, ferry, boat/golf cart rental, etc.) We loved the Beach House…the pictures does not do it justice, it’s wonderful. It was a perfect location for us as far as all the things we wanted to accomplish! Our family of four will definitely be returning!

Beautiful Home Perfect Location

Paul was extremely helpful and communicated thoroughly all throughout our stay. The house is gorgeous. The view is unmatched. The Atlantic breeze and sounds are mind blowing. Lovely linens, towels, and furnishings, awesome rain-shower head, and great appliances with a well-appointed kitchen. There are three separate rental units in this house but with the right mix, you’d never know others are there. A shared stairway and path across the deck to the beach walks right by the kitchen window so proceed cautiously. A short walk to the Market, the liquor store, and Grabbers, and of course Nippers Bar is a 1 minute beach walk from the house. It's fun to see other people on the beach but it's not obnoxious or loud. We definitely plan on coming back to the island and to Paul's beautfiul home.

True Beach Paradise

This house on Guana Cay is beyond amazing! Family of 4 with older teens stayed in 2 bedroom 1 bath portion of house and it was perfect! Modern up to date decor and appliances. Paul was beyond accommodating and was extremely responsive before and during our stay! He went above and beyond to make our last minute trip spectacular and succeeded! Caretaker, Kathy, was amazing by providing clean space with extra beach towels! Troy and Maria at Dove Guana provided our golf cart and directions on first day! Everyone is truly so sweet on the island! Thank you Paul, I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed the privacy of the house and wonderful beach front access every day! Can’t wait to return with friends! ❤️

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!

Where do I begin!!! First off, the owner Paul was so great to talk to. He made everything easy for us and even helped with the logistics to get here. I was planning this trip for my wedding anniversary and was a bit stressed. He made all of that go away with all of his recommendations with logistics. This place is sooooo nice and what a view out that window. We were blown away with just how nice the interiors are and just how great sitting on that patio could be. Its probably about 30 yards to the crystal clear water which is amazing. Paul said, "There is only one problem here. You are only staying for 7 days!". Love it and will be back!!!

I have been renting my two beachfront homes on Guana Cay for over 20 years. Unfortunately, both Beach House and Sugar Sands were destroyed in 2019 during hurricane Dorian. I am excited to offer great accommodations to those of you who are ready to come back and enjoy the islands.
