La Verrière, Charmante Maison de Bourg en Pierre

Come and enjoy this charming village house completely renovated. It is a sweet mix of stone and wood. Its ideal location will allow you to fully enjoy Montignac without taking the car again. Stroll through the narrow streets of the old quarters, discover the traditional dishes in the many restaurants, have a drink on the terrace by the river, go canoeing. There is no shortage of visits and activities! There is a market twice a week on the church square, 200m from the house. The Lascaux caves are 800m away as the crow flies. (1.8 km by road). The coolness of the house is very much appreciated when it is hot and its games room for rainy days or quiet evenings. Crossing, it is airy and bright. On the south side, a courtyard will allow you to have lunch outside, in complete privacy. The kitchen overlooks this small garden. On the north side, a small pedestrian alley leads to the back of the house. You will find the living/dining room on the first floor as well as a laundry room and an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed each (160 and 140). They are served by a bright passageway with its two large glass roofs. The main bathroom and separate toilet are also on the first floor.
