Perfect spot

This is our favorite place to stay, great walk to the beach. Secluded neighborhood with well kept properties. Golf cart was a nice touch and fun to zip around to close by things

Wonderful vacation home

Well-appointed home with everything our family of five needed for our week long stay. House was very clean. We enjoyed the many outdoor sitting areas, and quick access to the pool and beach.

Beautiful House & Amazing Location

We stayed for the holidays and the house was perfect. Spacious, well equipped, perfect location. It was spotless and everything seemed brand new. Would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous house with everything you need for a great vacation.

Great location! This home is stunning and the attention to details, furnishing, cleanliness are all amazing. Walkable to the pool and easily accessible to the beach. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen will have everything you could possibly need. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Perfect!

Family Time

House was absolutely perfect! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of chairs, cart for the beach, bikes and Golf cart. Love the quiet neighborhood.

Great house!

We had a great week! The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 children/teens. Everyone had their own space and were very comfortable. The golf cart and bikes were perfect for getting around. We will be back for sure!

Peaceful Beach Trip

This home was perfect inside and out. The communication with the owners was always informative. Well stocked with everything we could possibly need, especially beach essentials (umbrellas, chairs, wagon, and bicycles.) The only thing that could have made this trip any better was if the golf cart was allowed off property to drive to dinner or shopping. We would definitely stay in this gorgeous home again.

Time away from sub-zero temps

Absolutely loved our stay! While it was cool for Florida, we didn’t mind. We walked every day. Love the walking/bike trails in this area. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. This is not a party area, so revelers will need to search elsewhere. My husband and I work remotely, so we were able to get out of Wisconsin and enjoy the sounds and smells of the ocean at this immaculately kept home.

Neighborhood glamor on 30A

This bungalow was perfect for our extended family summer retreat. With 4 large bedrooms and an open living and kitchen area, it was the perfect spot for a laid back vacation. The location was ideal for our needs, bikeable to the beach or a short ride on the included golf cart. Everything was easy! We could not have enjoyed our stay more! Would love to come back maybe when the weather cools off just a touch so we could really get cozy on the wraparound back porch with a fireplace! Just a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach House

Easy check-in and never had to contact the rental company as everything was provided anyone could ever need! Great neighborhood, quiet and very private. Beautiful home, immaculate, plenty of spice for a family and friends! Loved my time spent on the porches!!! So fun having the lake right out of our door. Made for beautiful scenery! Golf cart and wagon were wonderful to use to go back and forth to the pool and beach! Beach was not busy and a beautiful walk! Had an amazing time and would definitely go back!!!

Location almost directly between Seaside and Rosemary was perfect for outings and the beach was amazing with lots of room to spread out. We had a couple of small issues which the rental company promptly addressed. Would highly recommend a stay at this property!

Great Family Vacation

Location was outstanding but likely want to ensure deer lake bridge is open if you have any desire to go towards Rosemary Beach. Quiet neighborhood and very hike able to beach boardwalk. Very well appointed home...will be back.

This gated community has private beach access or just a short new 6 seater golf cart ride to the public beach. From beach towel to towel warmers in the bathrooms, no stone was left unturned. The beautiful wrap around screened in patio with large flatscreen and fireplace was the hang out spot for relaxing and grilling. Bravo!
