Perfect and so convenient!!

What a perfect spot for a couple to wander around town and enjoy all the sights from. We walked to Venice Beach a couple times to watch the sunset, enjoyed all the local eateries along with the parks. This apartment has everything you need and exceptionably clean. The owner went above and beyond, always checking when we came by the office to make sure everything was going well. Thanks for a great ten day stay!

Just what we were after.

A visit to Florida that was not car centric. We walked to fabulous restaurants and shops. The apartment is very nice.

Lovely apartment in the heart of downtown Venice

The owners of the unit were excellent communicators. I had a family emergency and they helped as much as anyone could ever expect in those kinds of circumstances. It's a phenomenal unit, well laid out, modern furnishings and all the basics one might need for an extended stay in Venice. My favorite thing to do was to open the windows after the sun went down and listen to all the people walking up and down Venice Avenue, taking in the sounds of small town night life. I could even hear the occasional busker at the nearby ice cream parlor. You're right in the heart of everything at this unit. Can't recommend it enough. Comfortable, quiet, and convenient.

Fantastic Venice Getaway

We have been traveling to Venice for many years and this year we decided to stay somewhere different. Came across the listing of this fantastic rental and we both are so glad we did. Apartment is absolutely beautiful and well located in Venice. We had an absolutely fantastic time. We are looking forward to going back for many years to come.

Fantastic Trip!!!

This property was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Can walk to beach but it’s a long walk. It’s a five min drive to beach and jetty to watch sunset’s. It is just perfect. Down stairs is a great shop with cute clothes and friendly staff. I would stay here again and again.

Awesome place

This was a perfect little condo for my stay. Had everything i needed.. the home was spotless.. and I felt very safe going out at 930 at night for ice cream.. would 100% rent this place again.

Downtown Venice Apartment

This apartment is located in the heart of downtown Venice. A very easy walk to restaurants and watering holes, but not so much the beach. It’s a mile drive, but the apartment comes with a covered parking spot. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and while they made sure we had all that was needed, they let us have our vacation. We had planned on buying beach chairs and an umbrella, but they had those, too! 100% would rent from James & Norhala again!! Thank you for allowing us access to this bigger than expected apartment which resulted in a fantastic and relaxing week! Brian & Kim

Downtown Venice apartment

James and Norhala had EVERYTHING you could want for your stay. Including anything needed for trips to the beach. We could walk to all the restaurants in downtown Venice. We cooked in a few nights and the apartment had everything you needed to do so. Including a few spices and oil and vinegar. Full size appliances to include a washer and dryer in the unit. Updated kitchen and bath. We had a great experience! The owners are good to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Barb and Ted from Fishers, Indiana

Perfect in every way

My husband and I throughly enjoyed everything about this apartment. More than enough space along with everything you need included. (Food not included! ) We were walkable to excellent restaurants, beach and parks. Dave the owner was there to greet us and show us the apartment. Definitely would recommend this cozy apartment.

Great stay in Venice!

We had a lovely stay at the Sunbug in downtown Venice. It was a well-stocked and very clean property. We enjoyed coming and going from the beach and restaurants over the course of the week.

Venice getaway

VRBO was a convenient process and we were happy the apartment was better than expected. It was tastefully decorated, light and airy, spacious and wonderfully located in downtown Venice. We could walk to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. My only regret was we couldn't stay longer.

Location, Location, Location

This upstairs apartment in downtown Venice has everything you need! It is very nicely done and everything seems brand new! The bed is so comfortable! It is walking distance to everything: Venice Beach, shopping and restaurants. We would stay again and recommend to any friends or family visiting Venice.

Lovely spacious apartment

The apartment is spacious, lovely and has everything you need. Thanks so much for the welcome gift. The high ceilings and big windows make a very pleasant space. I hate to be the only critic but I was bothered by the trash collection noise every day except 2. The trucks started at about 6am and once even earlier! I started my stay leaving the windows open for the lovely breeze. Even after closing them I was awakened by the trucks. That being said, the downtown location was convenient. I guess you can’t have everything!😊
