Perched on the Beach - Beach Front Home

Sitting on the edge of the island, this home and its outstanding location offers thousands of feet of accessible beach. The beach surrounding the house gets little traffic, which adds to the exclusive and truly relaxing atmosphere. Play in the sun all day, and then cozy up on the extended deck for an amazing sunset view.

Living Room:
The living room has an ocean-facing side with floor to ceiling windows, taking advantage of every inch of the magnificent surf view. Looking the other way in this room, more modest but carefully located windows offer a view out over the waters of San Luis Pass.

Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee-maker (drip and keurig), blender, toaster, and appliances. The open floor plan provides the same ocean view as the living room out over the kitchen island. Enjoy a nice meal in the nook next to the kitchen.

Bedrooms (all bedrooms have smart TV's):
The floor-to-ceiling windows from the living room continue to the foot of the queen-sized bed in the corner bedroom. This room offers a breathtaking view of the ocean skyline, as well as a beautiful view straight down the native beach.
The middle bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows left of the queen-size bed to create a sweeping view down the beach. Resist the urge to close the drapes at night and be rewarded by waking up to a fantastic view from your pillow. A fold-away desk is located along the wall, just in case the laptop-in-bed approach isn't your style.

The bunkroom has bed-space for 4 and a wall full of games, puzzles, and children's books. A comfy full-size bed still benefits from a nice view down the beach and allows this room to serve as a third master if needed.

Porches
The porch area offer a shaded dining area with a view out over San Luis Pass, a sunny (at least during the middle of the day) area with Adirondack chairs with views of the beach, and a shaded/sunny lounge area with views of both.

Others:
There is a dining nook with a built-in bench seating, a utility closet with a washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms. One is a standard sized bathroom with a tub and the other is a small bathroom with a shower. Below the house is a shower to rinse off sand, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table.
