Beautiful, cozy and well furnished

This beautiful, cozy and well furnished, this 2 bedrooms in-law unit has plenty of natural light, and is located in a nice quiet house in the Sunset/Parkside district. Recently updated, very clean and bright. The bedrooms are furnished with a new queen and full size beds, and has plenty of closet space. Fresh linens and towels (for 2 beds with 4 guests) are provided for your comfort and convenience. If you need an additional bedding for the futon there is a charge of $20 a day for the duration of the reservation. Sorry, the laundry is not available for short terms rental of 7 nights or less.

The apartment has an open dining/living room floor plan. Electrical cook-top, sorry no oven. Refrigerator, microwave,
toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher and all you may need for comfortable stay. In the living room you will find a comfy futon and a large flat screen TV. Hi-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

The location of the apartment is quite safe and convenient. It is close to public
transportation, only 1 block away from the Taraval MUNI line which will take you directly
to downtown, or to the beach in the opposite direction. If you come by car, free street
parking is easy to find. No parking permit is required. It is residential part of the city and
all houses around are single family homes so the density is not as high as in multifamily residents neighborhoods. Please check the street cleaning signs before you park your car.
The apartment has separate entrance. Both Hi-Ways 101 and 280 are nearby. There are many stores, restaurants, and several shopping plazas a few blocks away, and Stern Grove is just around the corner.

This cozy apartment will surely make you feel at home, while you explore everything San Francisco has to offer.

My Mother and I stayed at this cozy first floor apartment. Check in and out were easy. It was conveniently located near public transit, a few shops and some restaurants. The kitchen had enough place settings and space to accommodate 5 people for diner. We had to change plans at the last minute when my in-laws lost power during the city wide outage 12/20/25. The apartment was still fully operational! It had all the tools, pots and pans we needed to host an impromptu holiday meal! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was plenty accommodating for two adults.

The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient to stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; we felt fine walking home from the bus or streetcar at night. We rented bicycles and were able to ride along the beach and through Golden Gate Park, and even across the Golden Gate Bridge. Mike was very accommodating and helpful, although we didn’t need much because the apartment was very pleasant and “as advertised.” We would certainly love to stay here again!

It's a pretty nice place, couple of blocks from MUNI train and bus stops that can get you anywhere you want to go. Parking was challenging at times; guests are not allowed to use the driveway, and street parking can be scarce.Understand that this is a basement apartment; it is certainly nice, cozy, accurately advertised and a pretty good value, but reviews saying it's "amazing" or "exceptional" are, in my opinion, a bit exaggerating. If you're expectations are calibrated, though, it's a nice stay.

Geschäfte und Busse sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir haben die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen und waschen benutzt, da wir viel in der Stadt unterwegs waren. Daher haben wir nichts zu bemängeln.

Great spot in a great location!

My wife and college son stayed here during his spring break and it served as a great base camp for our activities in SF. Short walk to train stop for transport into the city, and close to some great restaurants on Taraval St. Was clean and well maintained. Owner was great to communicate with and was extremely accommodating, which was much appreciated. Overall a great experience!

My Daughter and her 2 sons truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We absolutely loved the neighborhood!!! Many good restaurants and cafes on Taraval, which is a block walk away. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. We prefer to use public tansportion in the Bay Area, and both bus and train lines were also accessible on Taraval. Our host, Mike, was also super! There were a couple of minor issues during our stay and he addressed those immediately! The entire stay was very nice!

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for our stay. Mike responded quickly to questions. Location was within easy driving distance to wharf, restaurants, parks, and Golden Gate Bridge. Would recommend!

Nice Place to Stay

The property is in a great location. There’s not much parking on the actual street, but the streets that run perpendicular have plenty of parking and are just a short walk. The unit was clean, but could use a deep clean behind the beds & furniture. The site says that there is a dryer, but you are not allowed to use the washer/dryer unless you are staying longer than seven days. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly.

Nice location, lovely place

Loved our stay in this lovely rental in the sunset district. Great location near 19th Ave and near Sigmund Stern Grove. Host was clear and responsive. House was clean and comfy.

The apartment in Parkside was ideal for our stay in San Francisco.The accommodation was comfortable and welcoming ,allowing us to meet up with different family members.I would highly recommend it fir a short stay in San Francisco .
