Our fully renovated “modern farmhouse” styled home sits on 3/4 acres with a fully furnished screened-in porch and full-size swimming pool. Pulling up to the house you'll be greeted by a sizable driveway to accommodate parking for all guests. As you walk in, you’re welcomed with an open floor plan the the following highlights:

Bedrooms (4)/Baths (3 Full, 1 Half):

This home sleeps 11 comfortably in 4 spacious bedrooms. There’s also a pull out sectional couch for 2 more in the finished basement. Each bedroom has ample closet/dresser space to store your belongings during your stay. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and an attached bathroom with shower and double vanity. Bedroom 2 located off of the living room has a queen size bed. Also, off the living room is a full bath with a tub. In the finished basement, Bedroom 3 has both a queen and a twin sized bed. Bedroom 4 has 4 custom built-in bunks. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the third full bath which includes a tub and double vanity.

Living Room:

This home offers an open layout perfect for gathering with friends and family. The living room has a 13 foot lofted ceilings to create an airy and light filled space. The spacious sitting area is perfect for relaxing with a book or gathering to watch a movie. There is a also a wood burning fireplace to enjoy on a chilly evening.

Kitchen:

Located off of the living room is an open, eat-in kitchen that boasts black stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a center island/prepping area and is well stocked with everything you could need to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals. Located between the kitchen and great room is a communal dining table that can accommodate 14 people.

Porches/Outdoor Spaces:

Enjoy your meals or a cocktail out in the oversized screened in porch which is furnished with a comfortable sitting area that can comfortably seat 8. Or relax on the front porch which is perfect for enjoying the scenes of the neighborhood. If you care for a little sun, recline on the comfortable chaise lounges located on the back patio.

About Union Pier

Union Pier is about 75 miles from Chicago and just few miles from New Buffalo, MI. There are several great restaurants, coffee shops and breakfast spots within walking distance or a short bike ride. There is a farmers market each weekend in the summer just a 1 block walk from the home. The roads are all very quiet and perfect for a relaxing walk while enjoying your morning coffee. There are plenty of fun activities to keep you busy during your vacation, including:
