Ideally located in a quiet and fully pedestrian residence, 50 meters from a large sandy beach. <br>An ideal place to discover the charms of the Rhuys peninsula, located between the Port du Crouesty and the many coastal paths, this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. <br>You can do everything on foot or by bike.<br>Close to the Miramar la Cigale thalassotherapy and the Fogeo sailing school, and the Bluegreen Golf.<br><br>The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed 140x190, a kitchen area (hob, fridge, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker), a bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a cabin area with a bunk bed (2 single beds of 90x190), a bathroom with shower and a toilet. <br><br>There is free public parking near the residence. <br><br>Quiet and pedestrian residence.
