Our two deep-water docks and five water-front dwellings right off the inter-coastal waterway sit on eighty-one acres of picturesque marshland brimming with aquatic life, soaring waterfowl, and local flora. Emma's is the ideal place to call home while enjoying all the fly-fishing and inshore fishing, birding, crabbing, and boating that the Georgia Coast has to offer.

All dwellings on the property have sweeping views of the marsh, creeks, and 200 year old live oak forest. Our natural creek bluff is a perfect low impact spot to access the tidal waterways surrounding Sapelo Island and beyond. Renting this listing grants you access to all 81 acres, both deep water docks, and all five dwellings on property (Hatcher House, Rum Runner’s Cabin, Ranch House, Dogtrot, and Fisherman's Quarters), and our brand-new heated pool and spring house.

The maximum guest count for the property is 35, not to be exceeded at any point without prior written approval. Guests who book the whole property are offered a pet fee that is reduced from $500 to $350 per stay.

Reserving the entire farm guarantees private use of the pool & screened-in pool house. Relax under dangling moss and take in the views of the marsh, or take a dip in the pool, heated for year-round enjoyment.

Available for rent by guests who have booked accommodations and are exclusively staying at Emma's Driftwood Farm. Driftwood Hall offers large open common dining, or corporate and family meeting space, and or entertainment space, in a central location on the Farm and in a climate-controlled beautiful building with views of the marsh and oaks to one side and the organic farm to the other. Driftwood Hall is a beautiful location to gather.
