The homes amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and two work stations, 3 flat-screen Smart TV’s, two adult bikes, beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, on-site laundry, complimentary towels and linens at no extra charge, pet-friendly property with dog runs and poop bags provided, washer/dryer, Nintendo, a plethora of books and games, free parking pass for the Beach Club, central A/C, ceiling fans in every room, keyless remote entry, and a sleeper sofa with upgraded queen-size gel foam mattress. Brand new in 2021 for guest comfort are a brand new Trane HVAC system, new shower fixtures, and all new furniture and décor.

There is a currently a dart board and pool table in the garage/game area.

Nearby amenities and attractions include Ocean Downs Casino (5 mins), kayak-rental (1 mile), Yacht Club & Marina (2 miles), Ocean Pines Golf Club (2 miles) with a variety of other golf courses within a few miles, community pools (associated fees paid directly to Ocean Pines), a huge Farmers Market and crafts fair every Saturday (1 mile), Beach Club access (5 miles), Seacrets distillery (5 miles), Windmill Vineyard & Winery (3 miles), Jolly Roger Amusement Park (10 miles), the Ocean City Boardwalk (10 miles) with all of its popular tourist attractions, Assateague Island (13 miles), and the Salisbury Zoo (24 miles), A house manual provided on site will provide guests with additional information on local attractions, eateries and places of interest.

Enjoyed our stay!

My family and four legged family too enjoyed our stay! We were in town for softball Nationals so the location was perfect for that and the pools/ocean during during our free time. Maria is a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, close to everything, perfect for pets and host responde to my messages super fast.

Great experience will definitely use it again if we visit Ocean City in the future. Thank you Maria for the gift this by far was the best VRBO experience we have had to date.

Family get-together

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s house! We’ve stayed there several times previously. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully maintained. We all enjoyed the game room / garage. Will definitely visit again!

Great place to stay in Ocean Pines

We had a wonderful time while staying here, it is truly private and dog friendly. The kitchen was the most well-stocked I have ever experienced at a rental property, with quality cookware along with a nice grill outside. The back yard is very peaceful, and we look forward to coming back soon.

Nice getaway in Ocean Pines

Property was clean and tucked away at the end of a quiet street. The owner responded to messages right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was well organized and nicely kept. Very Dog friendly including dog beds and toys which our pup found. Close enough to everything we wanted and we felt right at home with the decor. Wife's favorite color is teal. Everything was easy access and loading and unloading through the garage made things much easier than having to deal with stairs, small doors, and steps. hostess was great with our one-off request, very accomodating and quick to respond.

Love it so much I’m moving there

This is a fantastic house to stay in while visiting Ocean Pines. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need, and the back yard is peaceful and serene. I enjoyed it here so much last year that I came back again to find my own beach house and now we’re moving there. Thanks Maria!

Everything a family needs

This home provided all the amenities needed for our family to enjoy their stay. The games and game room kept our teenagers satisfied away from the beach. Due to heavy rain and standing water during our stay, we couldn't use the outdoor space. The access to the Ocean Pines Beach Club was a bonus.

Quick beach getaway with family

This was our second time staying at this home. Maria is a great host and gets back to you quickly if you have any questions. It's a great house in a quiet neighborhood.

Family getaway

Our family of 4 and our German Shepherd enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely and had everything we needed and more. The locaction was perfectly located to OC and other activities. The free parking pass was much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

Hit all the marks

Dog friendly, kid friendly, family friendly. Close to OC but far enough away that I felt fully relaxed in Ocean pines and able to enjoy all the amenities of the wooded resort town. Very well stocked with all sorts things. Great experience with the owner as well. Would stay here again!

Memorial Day extended weekend

The property is just as advertised. Great quiet location, very clean and comfortable. Our pup loved the pet perks too. And Maria responds quickly to any questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Ocean city

We had a great time as usual with staying at this rental. Love the location and the fact being dog friendly. My family loves playing pool and spening time putting together puzzles. We always bring extra puzzles to add to the collection each year.

House was great except there is no fan in the master bath and some lights needed cleaned and new light bulbs. Nothing major though. Probably the best beach house yet!

Family reunion

We had a large family group staying in Ocean Pines for a family reunion over the 4th of July holiday. This house worked very well for the family members staying there. The kids enjoyed the game room. The host was very nice and helpful. We would rent it again.

Good location. Host very informative and responsive.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the thoughtful items in the home. From the games and puzzles to the extra dog toys and bed to help your fur baby feel at home. Only had one issue on check out day with linen services (Miscommunication with our check out date) Overall a good visit.

Family Vacation

We go to Ocean City every summer for my dad’s birthday. It’s my parents, my sister with her kids, my wife, and our dog. We were beyond impressed with all the amenities the house had and the kids loved the game room! The moment we got back “home,” they would run to the garage to play pool. It was a great place to relax for vacation!

Super pet friendly and overall awesome

We were extremely impressed with this property! I absolutely loved how dog friendly it was, with the treats, poop bags, and dog runs! Everything in the house was clean, the cooler, sand toys and beach chairs were a great bonus. And the LABELS on everything, that was probably my favorite feature🙃 Thank you for the labels!

Nice place!

Place is very roomy. Quiet street. Games in garage are fun. We managed to play pool, even if it was cold in there. Lol! Good location. Owner is great to deal with, she answers your questions immediately! Would like to go back when it is warmer and get out back or sit in sun room.

Perfect Stay for Dog Lovers

This place was the perfect size for my group, had all the things we needed to host our guests and our furry friends, and it felt like home by the time we left! Loved the dog runs, which made it so easy without a fence. Maria was very accommodating and helpful. The beach club parking pass and all the beach supplies are a real bonus! The cleaning crew seemed to miss a few things, like our bedding quilt and mopping under the throw rugs, but it was okay. The linen service did not leave a top sheet for the king bed so we used an extra queen one we found, and the new towels shed, but luckily we brought our own. Can’t wait to return to this happy spot!

OCMD Gem

We had a wonderful experience at this property! The place was super clean and was well kept with lots of games in the garage for hanging out while offering a lot of amenities on the inside as well as fire pits for outside gathering. Our host was very communicative and generous as linens and various supplies and toiletries were provided complimentary. Checking in and checking out was super easy as well. The neighborhood is close to a ton of attractions without being in the immediate hustle and bustle of the main OC street. If we make OCMD a yearly thing going forward, we would absolutely book this property again!
