Quiet village house with scenic view inviting you to discover the treasures of the Balagne region. This 150 m² house can accommodate up to 10 people and has a heated swimming pool.
It comprises a large living room, an open-plan kitchen with a central island, three double bedrooms, a dormitory with 4 single beds, 4 shower rooms and 4 WCs.

Situated 20 minutes from the beaches and Calvi, come and enjoy the absolute peace and quiet in a traditional village full of charm, with breathtaking views of Montegrosso and the mountain range.
Built in 2024, the villa breaks down as follows:
Ground floor
- A living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.
- A laundry room including a washing machine and a second fridge.
- Bedroom 1 (master suite with mountain views and direct access to the swimming pool): queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2 (mountain view): queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with WC and dressing area.
- Bedroom 3 (mountain view): queen-size bed (160x200), en suite shower room.
- Bedroom 4 (village view dormitory): 2 x 2 bunk beds (90cm x 190cm), en-suite shower room.
- WC on landing for bedrooms 3 & 4.
Outside area:
- A 10m x 2.5m swimming pool secured by a tarpaulin with bars. Heated from mid-April to the end of October, with an additional charge in low season.
- A 90 m² terrace with a breakfast area, a relaxation area and a dining area in the shade of 3 hundred-year-old olive trees.

For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: reversible air conditioning (silent), gas barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.
Location :
The villa is nestled in the hills above Calvi, 30 metres from the square in the pedestrianised village of Cassano. It is possible to park in the square in order to unload, but parking is not permitted. The last 20 metres of access to the villa are on foot via a sloping path that is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Free parking is available at the entrance to the village (90m from the villa). The villa is absolutely quiet and respect for neighbours is essential. Parties are not permitted in the villa and pets are not allowed.
On the village square, you will find a restaurant (traditional Corsican cuisine and pizzeria), as well as a bar and a bread shop, just a 2-minute walk away. The supermarket is a 15-minute drive away.
The villa is ideally located 20 minutes from Calvi and Sainte Catherine airport. It allows you to quickly take advantage of the riches of Balagne and Corsica while guaranteeing an authentic stay in the peace and quiet of the countryside. The region's main attractions are within easy reach by car:
20 minutes away: the beaches of Calvi and Arinella and the hilltop villages of Balagne: Lumio, Cateri, Aregno and San Antonino.
25 mins: Calvi town centre, its citadel, port and Revellata.
40 mins: Ile Rousse, the Bonifato forest and the Fango valley.
