Welcome to Indian Cliffs Retreat! If you are looking for the absolutely perfect getaway with activities for the whole family, look no further! This home has everything you need and more. With a private pool, breathtaking red rock views, and hiking trails all around, you won't want to leave after living in your dream home! And that's just on the outside of the home! Inside features a fully stocked kitchen big enough for the whole family to hang around. There are 3 bedrooms, the master has its own floor with 2 rooftop decks and a jetted tub. The 2 guest bedrooms are downstairs next to the game room featuring a huge flatscreen smart TV a pool table, a chess table, and a mini bar. Don't forget about the extra Murphy bed for the extra guests that are coming! This home is bright and cheerful with the southwest theme that everyone coming to Arizona expects. Lots of natural light with oversized windows makes for a perfect view of red rock and landscape from every corner of the house.
*Pool is not able to be heated when outside temperatures are below 55 degrees. The spa can be heated year-round.*
House Rules
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
